For profit. Understand this comes before anything else with this company. High turnover rate. Inadequate reimbursement for mileage, depreciation, wear and tear on your personal vehicle. 32 cents a mile. Standard rate for 2019 is 58 cents a mile. Salaried field workers paid for 40 hr work week but expect to to have work 50 to 60. On call stretch for 7 days with no weekend support, you are it, the entire business of the office flows through you on the weekend. No break after on call stretch. You are expected to work the next 5 days. Poor management with poor orientation which is usually rushed because of turnover rate. Any accrued PTO is kept if employment is terminated in any fashion. Agree with other reviews to avoid this company like the plague. Medicare guidelines are frequently circumvented to keep patient census up.

Just want to share an experience with #angelcarehomehealth in cottonwood, AZ and their parent company #angmarmedicalholdingsinc and the horrible experience we have had. We have had a relationship with Angel Care for 6 years; Christie and Tari are the best! Unfortunately something has changed and we are unable to have them help my Dad after his back surgery! Disappointed and regardless of any change in the future we will no longer work with them after being treated like this.
