They are very unprofessional. Really didn't deserve a start but was my only option .

They are very unprofessional and territorial. Will frown up their nose and barely speak. If you voice your opinion to the the African American owner, she will have her assistant speak for her in which the assistant is just as shocked and confused. Have cameras in the restroom and every where else you can think of. Do not work there or bring your family members there. Please DO NOT GO THERE!

This Agency has really come a long way from when they started in 2003. Very resourceful, family-oriented, nice and clean facility in Lancaster, TX. Would recommend to anyone that has healthcare needs. The agency takes pride in meeting the needs of their patient's and residents. They are not afraid to say when they have made a mistake (if the mistake was made on the agency's part) and they will not string you along if they are unable to find a caregiver to come to your home. Even if you don't choose their agency due to insurance reasons or out of their network, they will direct you and give out resources to help you get the proper care you need. Keep up the good work Angels of Hands!

I am writing this review for an elderly couple friends of mine that live in Irving that recently discontinued this service that is paid for by Medicare. They continue to use the nurse but, for the other ladies that were supposed to come by 3 days a week and got paid by Medicare for spending time with this couple, they are very displeased. One of them only spent 1 of the 5 hours actually in the house and the rest of the time she was running back and forth between their house and Walgreens. The other one came over and set up her laptop and stayed on the phone and in the bathroom for the time that she was there and also drank the elderly man's bourbon. I told this couple that I would search out an agency that had some history and reviews and will help them find a agency that will send someone to their house that would actually stay there and even engage in conversation with them. What kind of place Is Angels of Hands? You are certainly not what you portray to be.

Don t bring your family members here,they do not care about the teanants they allowed peoples to come in with guns .The owner/administrative is very rude no professionalism at all stay away!!!!!
