If you are clueless about which undertaker to choose and are relying on reviews, my siblings and I were once in your shoes. We are clueless about the customs for Taoist rites when our mother passed away and selected this undertaker based on online feedback. The reviews are genuine.
Jolene is patient, responsive in answering all our questions at all hours and listens to our feedback and acts on them.
