I had a procedure done and the anesthesia team at this company was amazing. They took excellent care of me and made me feel at ease. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Highly recommended!
Wish I could give them negative stars. Our anesthesiologist and RN used their services for billing services. That's how we entangled in their web of fraud. They kept charging my insurance company multiple times for the same service and same charge. Since the insurance company didn't pay them on second attempt, they sent us a full medical bill. We were appalled to see an explanation of benefit from health insurance company indicating payments to Anesthesia LLC and full medical bill indicating no payment was made by the insurance company. When they were called to get an explanation, they played dumb and gather our insurance details and suggested that they would look in to it. Later we found out that those medical bill were sent to collections. And as if that was not enough, I received another explanation of benefit statement indicating that they had filed another claim to our insurance company for that very same charges and service.
During all these times (10+ months since the medical services were received), whenever we called them, we were told that they were waiting to hear back from health insurance company. In reality they were waiting to get double dip. They were waiting for a payment that they had already received. What a fraud!
Had I not reached out to the health insurance company to gather details pertaining to payments made to them, they seemed in no rush to resolve the issue and were hopeful for tainting our credit history with it.

This company is a scam, I paid my bill and they still sent me to collections.
They sent a bill saying that I have 10 days to pay the full amount or they send me to collections. Too bad their phone number doesn t work and ST Joes has no contact info for them either, so not sure how they want me to pay
