So far the best hotel we have been visited. We had a problem getting to Santorini because oo security issues and the hotel staff was very friendly to us, they kept a reservation for 24 hours until we get there finally and were ready to refund the total amount if we wouldn't come.
The hotel is beautiful, big, stylish rooms. We had a jacuzzi in our room. The hotel staff is super professional and pleasant. Helped us in organizing our days.
Breakfast is super tasty and rich.

An exquisite hotel with service that exceeds even the greatest expectations!
We spent a week in Santori at Andronis Luxury Suites. The team meet us as our transfer van pulled up and took care of everything. Our room had a wonderful view and the staff were only to happy to help us with any requests. Within minutes they had booked us into a beautiful little place for dinner with a wonderful table and amazing food. We asked if they could help us arrange to visit a beach, the next thing they had transfers arranged, deck chairs and a lunch table booked and bags packed with water, towels and sunscreen.
Every restaurant they recommended was fantastic and considering the late bookings we always ended up with great tables. The breakfast in the hotel was beautiful. So much choice that every morning was a new adventure for the taste buds. The restaurant on our last night was the icing on the cake, great food coupled with a picturesque view.
While there is no denying this is a beautiful property in one of the most wonderful parts of the world it is the staff that make this place somewhere you stay if you want to feel extra special. From Nadia the Manager to Sofia (our main contact) the Harris who had our iced lattes being made before we even sat down. Also worth mentioning the guys who have to carry the bags around this property. The stairs are long and steep in some part of the property and the way they pick up 3 or 4 heavy bags each and transport them around is impressive.

It's all about the view at Andronis, but the staff here are also very pleasant, friendly, helpful and conscientious.
The two rooms I experienced are fair-to-good sized, neutrally decorated and comfortable spaces. Regular prices are, like the hillside the hotel is placed on, vertiginously & memorably steep.
The restaurant / bar and breakfast area is an important part of the experience. Again, the view is half of it, but there's no doubt that this is a talented kitchen producing an excellent offering, which is delivered up by a personable service team - all speak excellent English. The most magical hotel - everything was absolutely perfect, the staff are all so helpful and lovely, accommodation super luxurious and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the staff - cannot wait to return!
