This place is nice and it SHOULD have been a great experience, but the customer service here is absolutely awful and the staff s attitude/hospitality is ridiculous. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

At first glance Andretti seemed like the mecca of fun, but I was let down quickly after arrival. The food was literally the best thing about this place. The kart tracks have ridiculous steep inclines, which are not normal, taking away from the speed even more so than the slow karts. The arcade is a decent rip off of a dave and busters. DO NOT play the VR assetto corsa simulator! My seat did not work at all, and that was the only reason I wanted to try it. The force feedback on the CXC direct drive wheel was weaker than my 10 year old t500rs at 50% power. The brake had no movement at all and there is no clutch. My wife was next to me and her entire pedal/wheel setup would push backwards every time she would press on the gas or brakes, making it out of reach. The VR aspect was annoyingly blurry, and no one would set it up properly. Those headsets have to be dialed in for each customers eyes for them to be clear enough to see properly. There was also no customization. You could NOT pick the car you drove, the track, or even if it was a manual or automatic, so there are useless paddle shifters. After the race I let someone know about the malfunctioning units and they asked if we wanted to try it again. Sounds resonable I guess... We left and will not be back. Luckily we live far away and do not have to deal with this place again.

Good place to go for a rainy day. Great place for go karting with electric karts. Nice bowling area although when happy hour comes you'll need to be early as it gets booked up quickly. Cashless arcade was a nice touch

Some aggressive guy hit my boyfriend from the back while go karting and my boyfriend came home with an inflammed, red back that we had to ice. He was in pain and he had a horrible experience here. We took pics too and part of his back did swell up from the impact/minor whiplash.

Dude, as a small town resident, places like these are definitely a must to go to. The place is amazing. The indoor go-karts are great, especially when the competition is intense. Great fun to have here. I would have spent my vacation's budget on Andretti.

Was racing at 7:30 PM July 24 2019 on intermediate track and was told to let a guy pass. Now I was at least 4 kart lengths ahead of everyone why was I singled out and you turn my kart off. So disappointed that I had to give my lead to guy with no skill. I was going to race 2 more times but after that experience i ended up playing arcades with my son then left.

What a superb place. Found this little gem by accident. Needs more advertising. Well worth a visit everything reasonably priced and so much fun. Good and drink good price to. From go karts to bowling arcade games high ropes laser tag VR gaming.

I'm bowling with my small son, the place is empty.
Then the genius teenager at the counter decide to put 5 lanes next to each other, with me on the middle! Plenty of empty lanes, all spread out.
so much for social distancing

This was a fun time three of us with lunch was $150.00 that doesn't include the forty dollars of free game play we had from are resort coupon. We could have easily dumped another $100.00 but I said no to some things. Lol

For my first experience at this place it was not fantastic at all. When walking in it has a huge impression; however, the employee that was talking to me was very snarky and gave attitude. Before I went, I called and confirmed with one of the employees that the game card itself would be half off. Afterwards, I spent my time to drive 1 hour to get there and it turns out that we would have to pay the for the entire card. When I confronted the employee with what I discussed on my call she decided to give a snarky remark by stating that she was right. In all, I wasted time and money to get to a place that was not even standing up to their deal.

Andretti is so much more than indoor karting, although it makes sense to make it part of the name because it differentiates it from the other gaming/entertainment options of the same kind that existed before it in the city.
When I went to Andretti it was for their opening event and later for my company leader outing, so I have not been there as an individual, but the experience was very enjoyable in both occasions, and the second time around, there were regular customers.
The food is good, and they made an effort to offer gluten free options like pizza, which were so much smaller than the regular pizzas, so I can see how pizza lovers would not have liked this, but in my case It was good because I had more room for the great quinoa salad, fruit, and other beverages.
The indoor karting experience is out of this world. Some of my coworkers crashed against the walls and others and I kept passing each other and having fun, but not once did I feel unsafe.
The facility is all theirs and it's close to the new Top Golf!!
It has so many attractions that you just need to try it. SO GO NOW!

The fact that you have to be scheduled to race, is an inconvenience. The fact that there are no two seaters for parents to ride with their kids is also an inconvenience. They should specify, "preferably adults only". It's one of those places that is all hype.

Amazing place but the receptionist was dry, rude and not informative. It was obvious that we were new to the facility but she sat there looking at our while discussing prices and when we finally decided on what we wanted to try she told us "Oh you don't pay here you have to pay over there" her and a few other staff members were rude but it was a fun experience and other the staff made a the experience better

Let's be honest here. This place is a tourist trap. Everything there is priced unreasonably. I only went there for go karting so I will describe that experience: Going on track two, the track was laid out very well with a good amount of twists and turns. Even though it was my first time there, I quickly adapted to the layout and had zero restrictions placed on me (if the staff see you struggling or driving recklessly, they will limit your speed). The karts handle nicely although the brakes need work. You really need to press a bit to activate the brakes. Here is my biggest problem with this place. So not only is it $22 for an 8 minute race (7-8 laps) but the goal is to have the fastest lap time. Here is the problem with that, this establishment is all about making money; Exactly what a tourist trap does and so they do not care about the goal. I have experimented by racing a few times you can efficiently drive on it with a max of 5 karts on it. The first time I raced, they decided to shove 10 or 12 people on it causing mass traffic and pileups all the time! How can you achieve a fast track time with so many people on the track! Speaking to the manager, he clearly does not care and offered many things but this is just unfair. If you can, try going on a less busier day but at the end of the day, its a trap to get your money. Coming from New York (which is a really expensive state) I go go-karting for a fraction of this price. Nonetheless, if you do not care for the price as much, you can still have fun at the track or at the arcade.

Great experience and lots of fun for the whole family! Would have given it 5 stars, but the prices are pretty ridiculous to enjoy their combo's of virtual reality, race track, ropes, and/or lazer tag. You'll spend close to $80 a person (which is expensive for average to large sized families) to enjoy everything, which I didn't expect. In spite of this, we overall, had a great experience and we'll definitely be back! Check them out!

Facilities are awesome...however, all of this was overshadowed by the lack of customer service. Settlement of your bill should be a seamless transaction handled in a private manner and not in the midst of your party guests.

Love the game options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The highlight would be the presence of the towering Andretti Transformer!!! The absolute BEST part!!!

It's not bad. A little pricey on the video games. Don't expect to see some huge go-cart track. The tracks are actually very silly. On a positive note, all of the female staff were easy on the eyes ;) Whoever's in charge of hiring keep up the good work!

Great place if you want to have fun. Some of the best virtual reality experience I've seen in any type of amusement facility and the the indoor karting is something to experience. I've been here several times and it continues to get better and they continue to bring in new attractions; definitely recommend checking this place out, you won't be disappointed.

Came here on a weekend with my family. My brother and I did the go-kart and I had a hard time turning the wheel, but it was still pretty fun. The fries were the best part of our meal, my children said the philly cheesesteak was not good (we asked for no veggies and got them anyways). Also, in the picture of the burger, the macaroni seemed to be on top but on mine it looked to be on the bottom; I didn't get to taste it, waited too late. Other than that, the only thing my youngest could do was the games but she still enjoyed herself!

Very unpleasant go Kart experience, payed for adult race with some friends and we were put in with a bunch of young kids. They kept forcing us to slow down so the kids could pass us and when that happened the kids would stop randomly and force you to slam on brakes or hit the wall or other Karts, and then they slow your ride down because of it so you can only go half speed. Huge waste of money, do not go here if you are interested in fun fast go Karting.

Over this past weekend we went to Orlando for a bachelor's party. On Saturday we went to K1 racing and everything about this track was excellent we will definitely be back to this one. But later that night as we were waiting for our top golf reservation. We went across the street and went racing at andretti karting. This was the worst go kart place I have ever been to! There were 8 of us and we all wasted our money coming over there. We were on caution for about 75% of the time. The staff was definently not doing their job! If you want a fun and competive track go to K1 racing definitely worth it!

Arrived at 11am waited in line for about 30 minutes just to buy tickets. We bought the VR package deal. Then proceeded to wait in line at the CXC Simulator for 1.5 hours. Currently still standing in line. Haven t participated in any of the attractions because we are just standing in line for 2 hours. With the amount of money they bring in you would think they could afford to have nicer equipment instead of all the broken junk they have in here.

Updated:
Visited the restaurant inside after only one ride because we got hungry waiting 2 hours. They nickel and dime you for everything. Blue cheese was extra. The cheese on the cheese burger cost extra ???. Really regret coming here at this point. This was after waiting 30 minutes for our appetizer.

Could of been a 5 star experience. The vouchers you purchase online should be more specific. Thought I was purchasing one thing and ended up having to purchase extra. The laser tag was a blast me and my son enjoyed it a lot. The racing experience was not good at all. You guys definitely need to have a diversity training regarding hair. Those caps are not fitting for most African American hairstyles not to mention the helmet sizes. I was told YOUR NOT EVEN TRYING by an employee because the helmet would not go over my braids (My natural hair btw) even if it wasn t it still wouldn t have mattered! Conner was too rough and rude while placing on the helmets and seemed like he was annoyed with the customers.Too much stopping and going during the track race due to little kids. So we weren t able to just have a full race without complications there needs to be more than a height requirement for the intermediate track, you had kids who couldn t even turn the wheel properly on the track but because they are the correct height limit they are able to get on the track ruining the experience for others. Ruben the manager gave me an hour gift card to make it right. Doesn t change my experience. I definitely will look into other karting places before coming back to Andretti s.

Awesome arcade with alot of different games including simulators, carnival games. Ticket collection is all digital and it's all put on the same card which you can reload using kiosks that accept cash/credit/debit. Andretti has a lot to do including the arcade, bowling, skybar, racing, and a restaurant. I found after coming here twice to play the Arcade games, I save money by buying the Annual Membership for 10.95 which saves you anywhere from a few cents to a dollar on most Arcade games.
