I have owned Andis clippers for the past decade and I think they re the best. When I have sent in my T-outliners to their repair facility in Wisconsin, they ve come back working like new - and all for a very reasonable flat fee that includes shipping. Their pet clippers are very reliable and kept my poodle looking sharp... and saved me a lot in grooming costs. Quality products and top notch customer service. Thanks Andis!

The customer service from this company is ablsolutely terrible. I purchased the Andis Pulse ZR II in February of this year the switch in them broke and had to be sent in in May to be repaired. It is now June 21st and I still have not received my clipper replacement. It took 3 weeks just to get a response about replacing them. I emailed them many times and the only way I was finally able to reach them was on Facebook messenger!!! These were $350+ clippers. I use them to do my daily job. And when i reached out for Andis to correct the problem quickly so I could get back to grooming dogs I was left high and dry. Now we are a month and a half in with broken clippers and I still do not have them, and have been trying for the last two weeks to find out when I will be receiving my replacement with still no reply!!!
Also if you are considering purchasing the cordless Pulse ZR II DO NOT DO IT. 2 other of my fellow workers bought a pair in April of this year and both of them have the same malfunction as mine- the switch to turn them on and off is starting to short out, which means sometimes they turn on and sometimes they dont.

If I could give more stars I would! Not only do they carry a quality product, their customer service is even better! Super responsive through email, and took care of the issues I had with my clippers! I've used Andis since I began barbering and overall I have to say I'm super happy! Thanks guys, and look forward to new products to hit the shelves!

The repair work is great, communicating with the repair department is awful. I've sent multiple clippers in for repair and the turn around time is usually a couple of months. That sucks.

Andis Shaver broke after less than 3 months. Unfortunately, the 1 year Warranty doesn't cover over half of the repair expenses. The shaver started out working very well, but the battery died after the first recharge. The foil later broke where isn't covered by warranty. And, customers have to pay for return shipping.

The following is my informed, experienced opinion: I've tried to not say negative things about people or places. But my last job turned out to be such a negative experience that I find I must speak out. When I first started working at the Andis Company in October of 2016 I thought I had found the best company for which to work and complete my engineering career. Every single employee with whom I interacted, including my immediate supervisor, and to whom I provided engineering support had nothing but positives and compliments to say about my efforts and behavior. That is until they hired the Director of Quality about one week after I was hired. The Quality Department Manager, who also always complimented me for my performance, retired in 2017. Immediately thereafter, the Director of Quality began his age discrimination against me. He created a hostile working environment for the oldest engineer in the department (me) while he grossly favored the youngest engineer in the department. He loaded me down with work while the youngest engineer had all responsibilities except one removed, with some of his added to me on top of everything I was already successfully doing. When I filed an age discrimination complaint for creating a hostile working environment for older workers with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Equal Rights Division, the Andis Company submitted false information (lied repeatedly) to the Equal Rights Division. For some reason or reasons that nobody will explain, the Equal Rights Division apparently ignored the evidence I submitted that clearly proves the Andis Company lied and ruled there was NO PROBABLE CAUSE for my age discrimination complaint. Not one of my former coworkers would come forward to tell the truth, which is all I have ever asked. It is my informed, experienced opinion that anyone who is unbiased, impartial and fair who reviews the facts in evidence will agree that my age discrimination complaint should have been ruled as FOR CAUSE. And he and the Andis Company should be held accountable as per the complaint. While the Andis Company claims to have such high ethics and values, they obviously abandon them as necessary. So, if anyone wishes to work for or do business with such a company, that is your decision. I strongly advise those hair grooming business owners and general consumers in the protected age group to reconsider doing so.
