Dr. Nagda is second to none. He listens, asks, questions, and listens again. He wants to help you personally, whatever your age and goals may might be. He is a true professional, and I've been to many orthos. His advice, his recommendations for physical therapy, everything...is top notch. My quality of life is better because of Dr. Nagda.

There are many doctors to choose from here. The physicians assistants are very pleasant here. It was fairly easy to get an appointment here with one of the PA s - the doctors are a bit of a wait. The injections they do here aren t done often (my doctor did them once a week) and is booked well out, so plan accordingly. Photos as of December 2018.
The doctors and nurses get five stars, front desk gets two. The doctor I saw, Branche, did my shoulder surgery. He was very good at listening to me and explaining everything. I really liked how thoughtful he is of patients, even caring about how much things would cost me. I saw two other orthopedists before going to him, and Branche was the only one that actually took the time to make sure I understood my injury and all my options. The nurses were also very good and paid the same level of attention to me.
Now the front desk. I have been to the Arlington office three times and it is always the same. I was amazed that they don't wear masks at the front desk. You get this call before your appointment telling you how you must wear a mask and how they wont see you without one, then the receptionists arent even wearing masks! They had masks, and some of the receptionists loosely put them on when talking to patients, but not all of them, and all of the front desk staff keep their masks off the rest of the time. I saw one receptionist take off her mask after talking to a patient, get up and cross the waiting room to go to the bathroom, walk across the waiting room again, then stand behind and talk to another receptionist while she helped a patient, then sit at her desk again all with no mask. This just shows a total lack of consideration for patients. I have been going to several doctor offices, and this is the first time I see maskless front desk staff. It was a little shocking.
I have experienced many surgeries in my long life and worked with many doctors, different fields and areas of expertise, perhaps as many as 20 or 30. Throughout my journey I have NEVER experienced the level of expertise, compassion and thoroughness as I have experienced with Dr. Nagda. Dr. Nagda goes beyond the call of duty and delivers exceptional medical treatment, surgical and post surgical care, which is very important. But where Dr. Nagda eclipses all the doctors that have treated me is in human decency and compassion. Most doctors have attitudes that prove problematic on several levels. Not Dr. Nagda. So if you want the VERY BEST, don't waste your time - go straight to Dr. Nagda.
Dr. Nadga is fantastic and has great bedside manner! The main lobby (when you enter the building is a little dated but whatever. Staff is great - no complaints! Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Nanda. Also on a plus side, is the social distancing when seated/wearing masks/ and taking each patients temps when they enter.
I went to the Clinic twice, with one year between visits. I went back the second time because I re-injured myself. During the second visit, the PA spent less than five minutes with me, telling me that I should "consider giving up running," with no offer of treatment advice, strategies to cope and absolutely no interest in helping me get healthy. I am glad I took my PT referral and never came back. I will never go back to this clinic. For what it's worth, I ran a 10K for the first time in 2 years, no thanks to the Clinic.
Dr. Nagda repaired my torn ACL back in 2013 and was probably the best Dr. I ve ever seen. Never rushed, listened well, compassionate, and wanted me to have a good understanding of everything. I felt like I was getting top-notch care.
First time patient, referred by my primary care. Appointments are made 2 months in advance. At least for Dr. Corey Wallach. I am very rarely late, I was 15 min late because I missed an exit off the highway and it had snowed the day before and roads were icy. I apologized. It was my first time going to this Dr. Office and was looking for a second opinion on surgery. The front desk was not friendly. They immediately made me feel as if I owed them something and would be punished for being late. I looked at my watch to see how long my weight would be. I asked if I could fill out forms and they said I would have to wait. Exactly 20 minutes later they called me up to give me paperwork. I asked how much longer it would be and they didn't know. I shared how I felt about how they dealt with someone who is late and they lack communication manners. I left. I won't be giving a $250 15 min. office visit to a place that has front desk people that act this way. I visit more than 15 doctor offices a year for family members and myself and know by now how efficiently run offices are like that provide excellent customer service. There are doctor offices I go to that go above and beyond in service. They quickly give you paperwork and they tell you that your wait may be 30 min longer, or whatever it may be., but they don't just ignore you. Service is everything. A patient always has a choice in where to go and who to see. No patient needs to put up with bad service. Once patients stop feeling obliged to dr offices. Dr. Offices will begin to lose business and understand what real service should be like.
This experience has been nothing short of terrible. I can't believe the lack of accountability and responsibility exhibited by this staff. My mother was ordered to take some tests in October, nobody ever reached out or followed up. When I called the clinic, I was greeted by a rude front desk agent who is no help and has no sense of urgency. You would think after receiving tests they never followed up with they would call me back first thing but NO. I called them only to find out the nurse was "supposed," to call me and that they were all out for the day. At the end of the day mistakes happen, but they did nothing to fix this issue and they still have not followed up with the results. Again, this is a pressing medical matter because of the nature of the lab tests yet there has been no sense of urgency. I recommend putting your medical trust elsewhere. It is important to know your doctor cares about you and I have not received any sense of that from this staff.
