Oh my, another bad review from me due to poor service!! I waited for two hours while the service department tried to figure out where the loud squeal was coming from near my seat. When they finally came to get me, they informed me that they had to order a part and would call me. Nearly two weeks later, I haven't received a call, so I called them and was told that the part was there. Then when I asked for a Saturday appointment to get it fixed, I was told that it had to be during the week.

Went to Fred Anderson Toyota for my 80,000 mile check up with oil change and tire rotation and found the visit to be very personal and professional from the time I pulled up thru the doors till I pulled out with all the work needed to be done in a very timely manner ! There service dept. gets a 5 STAR RATING with a certified A+ In Service and Satisfaction ! Once Again, THANKS TO TEAM FRED ANDERSON !! And a Special Shout Out to Shawn Mayes Thanks for everything !
