If I could rate them 0 I would. They are always cheating you out your money they are very unprofessional and never fix anything. They also try and make you pay for everything when you move out even if it was already that way. Absolutely hate this company.

and put me on a waiting list for only 30 days beside taken the 45 dollar application fee.

This company is truthfully a decent company to conduct business with. One thing that I would definitely recommend improvement on is customer service on account that the front desk is not very welcoming and can sometimes be short with you. Overall, maintenance was reliable with a good turn around time except for my last request for fire extinguisher batteries.
I did see that the company is sure to find fees when returning the security deposit. I recently vacated a property and was sure to clean everything. I had $45 taken out of my security deposit for oven cleaning . I m choosing to not even waste time disputing the charges. Best wishes to the company.
Called the operator for information on a property and she was not professional at all.
Went the whole week without a toilet and I call them every day every other hour to see where and when will it be fixed. They took their time and Atli it was nothing but uncut grass. And now at this moment I'm writing this for review Majority of the light sockets do not function will never ever rent from this place again do not recommend it at all. I will give it a 0 if I could

They will cheat you every way they can out of your money. Just cheated me out of almost $500 after 3 years with literally 1 payment 4 days late. I'll ensure I let everyone know how horrible it is to tell them what's wrong with your house they don't fix it for them to make you pay for it when you go to move out.
