My dad was discharged here as a temporarily stay until we got updates on his diagnosis and re-admitt him to a hospital as suggested by his doctor. They decided to transfer him to Anaheim Crest. My dad was okay the first couple of days here but he eventually grew weaker and weaker. He barely wanted to eat anything and was not strong enough to do/complete his physical therapy sessions since he had edema as well. I brought up my concerns to one of the RN stations and asked if he could be transferred to the hospital nearby but they kept saying they understood but couldn't do it because had to go by doctor's orders. A couple of days past and my dad kept expressing his concerns that he's getting weaker. At this point I called the social worker in this facility to see if they could do anything to get my dad back into a hospital. Social worker also gave me the same bull answers. She even had the audacity to say it's my dad's choice he's not eating and doing physical therapy to get better. Are you f#$%ing serious?? I'm telling you when he tries to eat he stated that he wants to throw up and that's his choice? Also how can he have the energy to do physical therapy if he barely has any food in system? He literally eats 1 to 2 spoons worth of food and calls it a day. I just don't know why they were so adamant about keeping him there when he clearly needed serious medical attention. We just said f-this and requested to bring him home. Once we got completed the paperwork, we admitted him to the ER. ER said during the initial overview he was very dehydrated and had a blood infection. Had he stayed at that nusing facility any longer, my dad might of died. I am thankful for those nurses who did try to care for my dad (hence the 1 star) but for some of the other staff and the way they handled this whole situation, it left a sour taste in my mouth. Oh and to top it off, the day we requested to take my dad home, one of the wheelchair bound patients that shares the room with him needed to go use the bathroom and the cleaning staff said he had to wait 30-45 minutes on top of the time he spent waiting for them to clean! Just wow!

The worse place in earth, the personnel is very unprofessional, they mistreat the residents, the CNA'S like to gossip a lot, the staff speaks their native language around others to hide and protect each other and of course they leave the call lights run forever before they assist the residents. They had 4 different administrations in less than a year so that should say a lot about them. Check on their review and citations and you will find out. The administrator and director or nursing are shady and liars they hide everything under the carpet and they never report anything to the health department and they modified the reports and records.

This facility is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. The staff is really professional, friendly, and attentive. The process to send a loved one to a nursing home can be really overwhelming, but Robert and Sofia are very knowledgeable and really take the time to explain everything in detail. It's really hard to find good service nowadays, but this place really cares about their patients.

This place is terrible. From the moment my grandmother was transferred here. She was forgotten about, pushed her call button, waiting over 45 minutes for someone to come. This place needs to be shut down. They also billed transportation incorrectly, Mia the case manager said If i gave her info, she would have notes of it... THAT DIDNT HAPPEN THE LAST 4 TIMES I GAVE HER INFO! She is SO rude and talks over you... every time I ask a question. there is NEVER a doctor available to talk too either. This place is THE WORST!!!!!

Rarely smells like a nursing home, caring staff from office to medical staff. Be pampered here! My mom hated the thought of going to a nursing home...now she doesn't want to leave. I trust the staff. They are great. Should be at the top of your list if your in NEED of a place like this. It's never easy...but this place is like a resort care compared to the busy places we have seen.
