Surprisingly good food. Efficient and charming staff. It has that gritty out of date charm you can only pull off in a city.
They have extended hours when there is an event at the Times Union center with different prices.

Looking at this place from the outside I wasn t too sure with what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised!!! So cute!!! Very vintage decor- hand painted mural on the wall- a disco ball!! And the food was delicious.

On a whim and a cold winter night, we decided to try something new. Our waitress, (Anna), was extremely nice and the food was fantastic. Chicken Parm, and Veal Scalapini was great. Would recommend it highly. A can't miss for a great meal, reasonable price, and cozy atmosphere. They've been around for 33 years, you'll find out why. Nice for families!

Incredibly rude and inconsiderate waitstaff. Not only did they forget to serve us part of our meal but We Waited over 30 minutes just for the check and didn t get an apology. Food was okay BUT not worth the terrible dining experience. Do not recommend.

This is now the 4th time I have tried to call your restaurant, in the past I was able to leave a message (which no one ever got back to me for the record...which is extremely rude and unprofessional) and now you need a remote access code to leave a message. WHY DOES NO ONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE?! I wanted to bring my mom out for lunch next week as a mothers day present and just wanted to know before wasting my time and my gas driving there if you sold gift cards. Guess we will be dining elsewhere.... too bad, this used to be one of our favorite places....

Great food for the price you pay. This is a very authentic restaurant. The owner Sal, has been consistent with his restaurant, the food tastes exactly the same every time you go there. I highly recommend the chicken or veal parm. If you are a seafood person, the their seafood pasta dishes are for you.

Best Italian food that is suprisingly cheaply priced. Lunch time crowd can be busy and it will be packed anytime there is an event at the TU center. Staff is always courteous and very nice. Drink selection is a little lite but if you come for the food you won't be disappointed.

SO RUDE! If I could I would give this place 0 stars!
Food was mediocre, not hot enough and not worth the price. Bread was too hard, felt like it was days old. Looks like dollar bread. My salad was big enough for a 2 year old. I wasn t even done with it when the waitress took it either lol I honestly felt disgusted by the place. Waitress told us that her boss was complaining about how we sat in someone s reserved seat which was over 4 hours before they would even be there by the waitress. The blonde lady near the bar was complaining about us sitting there how we weren t going to get that seat the next time for Fleetwood Mac when we reserved it. I m not going to be seated right next to the only other two people in your restaurant to have dinner, seating shouldn t be a big deal this was literally at 4 PM and your restaurant is tiny as hell and only had 2 other people eating! I ve never felt so disgusted sitting in a restaurant. Thank god we didn t get sick on the food. NEVER AGAIN!

I love this place. Very Albany. Great service & the Chicken Sorrento is to die-for. Been going here for years. I went last month for first time in about 3 months and it took over 30 minutes from order to plate-on-the-table (and the restaurant had maybe six tables occupied). Hopefully they've fixed any staffing issues in the kitchen.
