You can t find more talent in one room than at the Academy Awards. I have been a happy client of Ammon s (and now friend) for 10 Years. He and everyone at the studio is spectacular. They are warm, friendly, and brilliant. Only exceptionally wonderful things to say about this place!

Donna is my highlight artist and Juan is my stylist. I have gone to countless color specialists to find the perfect highlight artist. I have high standards for a highlight that blends in naturally with my hair, and Donna far surpasses even my high expectations. She is, hands down, the most experienced and talented colorist in NYC. Juan also is beyond amazing. I had a general idea of how I wanted my shapeless hair to be styled, but also wanted an experts input on what looks good with my face shape and what is realistic with my hair texture and density. Juan just has the talent and eye to give me a beautiful cut and style that is easy to maintain on my own (I don't have time to style each morning). The salon is also a beautiful, open air place with fantastic energy - calm and artistic. An ideal hair oasis!

Recently went to this salon and had a great cut by Manny- he's awesome and cuts in a very creative way. Also Irena- is absolutely awesome for color- she is an artist!

I booked a cut and color with Juan Vigoya and I'm so happy with the results! He knew exactly how to achieve the blonde balayage I wanted, and also pointed me in the right direction as far as aftercare. So talented! Not to mention, the whole team really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared about. Super great experience, and all things considered, reasonably priced--I highly recommend!
