Moon Jump 4U did an absolutely awesome job at our recent Reunion and Dog Adoption event. Everything we reserved was exactly as expected and the staff that was sent to set everything up was top notch. They removed any concerns about entertainment, party tents, and all of the ancillaries. Everything was in place well beforehand and following our event, they very promptly arrived with plenty of resources to get all of the materials disassembled and packed up.

We would very highly recommend Moon Jump 4U for any private or company event. They are truly full service, high-quality and completely take this portion of your planning and event off of your "To Do" list. Great experience!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They showed up to our block party early and refused to set up because all the cars were not off the street. We were out running errands and so we could not get back in time to talk it over with delivery. They lied to my wife and said that it wasn't a drop off, but just a drive by to check on whether the cars were off the street. I tried to call again around 1 p.m. since we had not heard back from them. I was met with a rude woman on the line who interrupted me and was extremely condescending. She said she would check for me on why we didn't receive the bounce house. I never heard back. It was unfortunate because the kids were the ones who got hurt by this business. Stay away.

Horrible service, lady wouldn't resize the tent size because she had it already in the truck. Poor service I would highly recommend switching staff. Thumbs down.
