Haven't even seen the doctor yet. Probably going to change soon because just the desk service is so unprofessional and stale and sarcastic. These secretaries have no right to treat clients with jokes. Being in a position as this makes no one "holier than thou". No person working in a place of customer service has any right to disrespect clients. If there is a change in scheduling, there is no need to call a client a liar and giggle or scoff in the background. Get new desk secretaries or educate them because they should not be in a front position.

After having to deal with horrible receptionists for quite a while, it was refreshing to talk to a Mrs. Latoya this afternoon. She was very pleasant and personable and went out of her way to attend to my needs and scheduling an appointment! Much improved

Been getting a while loop of calling to get an appointment been calling at 7:30 every morning and always odd that im one shy away to have appointment ment for a week and a half sad to say bay area hospital recommended this place

I agree with the other reviews, receptionists are not friendly here, but one of the times I called I spoke with Jessica and she was so helpful and nice. She pre-registered me, which nobody had offered to do before, didn t know it was an option. Great job in hiring her, now evaluate the rest.

Does anyone know a number or email where I can report this clinic for refusal of service. No incident happened, they just have told me day after day to recall to do an appt., no doctor is avail until wed.s, etc.

VERY HORRIBLE STAFF SERVICE!!! My boyfriend and I called Looking to see what services they offered and what type of insurance plans they had and the lady we were speaking to had attitude for no reason . As we were respectful asking these questions. She proceeds to answers our questions in a rude manner and continues being very disrespectful. Then we tired to ask about further information but before we could do that she hangs up on us!!!!!

But wait there s more .... obviously upset we called back and we requested to speak to the manager. Eventually we got connected to the manager and we had told her about the situation and she said she would talk to the staff in the front. So still looking for any type of help we continue to ask her about the insurance plans and services that the lady was supposed to talk to us about in the front. She did tell us about the plans and was very informational. But towards the end of our phone call she started to get hesitant and awkward as if she did not want to help us any further . So we thanked her for her help and the last thing she had to say to us was SURE very professional.....

The doctors are good there but in order to get an appointment it s like winning the lottery.

The doctor's are great however having to wait in a waiting room amidst the covid-19 pandemic elevated my blood pressure to 145, requiring a second check before departure.

IDK how anyone who's been to this clinic can have anything positive to say about it. They have always been horribly disorganized, have never gotten my blood pressure right, and they never returned my call to the system they have where you leave a message to get the covid-19 vaccine. Three instances stick out in my time with them: they sent newly prescribed meds to a completely wrong pharmacy from the one I told them, fought with me for ten minutes over a scheduling error that THEY made when I clearly showed them the email confirming my appointment for that day, and the doctor for female health was really patronizing. I'm trying to move to another provider, but that is proving difficult to the limited services that exist for people without insurance (and no, I don't qualify for medicaid either). This place needs to be bought out and given a complete revamp.
