I absolutely will never order from this site again. I ordered a pair of shoes mistakenly in the wrong size and had to return. Which i had to pay return shipping and only for STORE CREDIT. I sent the shoes out and have yet to receive an email or ANYTHING. I tried logging into the site and it would not let me whatsoever. Also HORRIBLE customer service. Business hours say Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3pm but whenever I call I get the answer machine saying it s closed. Have yet to see anything back or even acquire results. Such a shame too because the shoes were absolutely stunning.

where is my order ? and i've been on hold for 30 min twice no one is answering , tried emailing , tweeting , and messaging on Facebook NO RESPONSE ! someone needs to call me or message me back asap

I absolutely browsing the clothes for my Clubwear photoshoot, and I just bought everything from the store, but not too crowded.

I sent this company a email regarding my backorder items, I told them that I was doing a follow up to find out what happen to my orders, they sent a no reply email stating someone will be in touch within 24 - 48 hours, (1st lie), I sent another email a week later to try to get information, still haven't heard anything from this company (2nd lie). I then began calling the company. It states open between 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, pacific time, okay, it's a 3 hour difference and I call between their hours they are open. I've called in the morning, the late morning, mid afternoon, and before they close, I've called for two weeks, and here's what this company does, When a customer calls, the recording comes on, tells customers the bah, bah, bah, and says to speak with a rep, please stay on the line. No one EVER comes to the phone, and the system will hold you on the phone for 16 mins on the nose, and then tell you to leave a message (yes, I have timed it). You leave a message, and they still do not call you back (3rd lie). What's the purpose of having customer service, if NO ONE from this company response? BEWARE, this company will take the full amount for an order, and will NOT send the BACKORDER items, or CALL, EMAIL, a customer to ASK if I wants to use MY money on another item. Maybe someone will get this message from this company. It's sad that customers have to retort to leaving a bad review, just to handle a simple request.

UPDATE! As of 01/21/2020 I did receive a response, for my order that was placed on December 13, 2019. I received an answer for one of the missing item (purple boot). I'm waiting on the second item (royal blue jacket), stay tuned!
UPDATE 2 - I just want to say that AMI has taken care of this matter, everything worked out fine. I now give it a five star.

I ve made a purchase for a Halloween costume & yet haven t recurved an email back! I need to know if my things have shipped so they could get here in time !!! I ve calles plenty of times & no one picks up! At least respond with an email!!

I have purchased about 8 pairs of high heel pumps from Amiclubwear and they look the same as the photos great quality and stunning shoes! Love all of my heels perfect for the club!!

I recently purchased and I ve purchased before with no problem but this time they sent me 2 of the same products when I only requested one and on top of that they didn t send me a product I purchased! They don t want me to send in wrong order and neither do they want to send me the product I purchased but get store credit when this entire thing was their fault. I just want what I purchased I don t know what store credit is going to do? I m so bummed, I really loved this shop but now it s a no go for me I cannot trust.

As a loyal customer, I have purchased many shoes over time and have been satisfied with my purchases. However, there have been multiple processing errors with my most recent purchases (more too too many). I brushed off the first situation as I believed it was a simple error. They have sent me wrong orders (different shoes), wrong shoe sizes, defected shoes, and at times do not even send my orders. There has been instances where I submit my order and payment only to find out that the shoe is no longer available ( they have no problem taking your money). They fail to notify the customer online and do not reach out in any form. I am extremely disassifed with their customer support team as they expect YOU to pay for re-shipping for their mistake, UNBELIEVABLE!!! They have also claimed to reimburse me with credit and NEVER DO! I ve had to call multiple times to claim my credit. I am disappointed with their unsatisfactory level of service and will no longer be purchasing from their site.

Horrible business that will basically steal from their customers. Out of three items that I ordered I only received two. They say third item is back ordered and would be sent at latter date. Because this had happened two other times I knew that that meant I would never get my product or a refund. They will never answer or return your calls nor emails. I attempted to reach them by email and phone several times with no response. Although the items only ranged from $10-$22 it still is just wrong. I can not imagine how much money they have gotten away with stealing from their customers. Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a costume on October 22nd and my order is still processing. Standard shipping should only take 3-5 business days for any business, therefore, this company is super unprofessional and is most likely trying to take your money. I ordered this costume purposely for Halloween and it seems like it won t be arriving by then. They have a policy stating that there will be no refunds issued but that is unacceptable.

I'm ordering from this site more than year. Shipping is very fast! They have prices for everybody. Really rocommand.

I made the mistake of not researching this company first. Wrong items delivered initially, operating hours are only 9am-3pm Pacific time Mon-Fri (really), never email you back, and only fix problems when you can get a hold of someone in person.

My wife found a couple of bathing suits she wanted so we order them on 5/4/18. Received the order on 5/12 and both items were wrong. Wrong size on one and the other was wrong color. After emailing them about my wrong order, I was then requested to send pictures of the wrong items back to them via email. After no response I finally attempted to call. They then sent me a return USPS slip and the items were returned. Heard nothing from them so finally got a hold of someone on 6/4/18, oh the items will mailed out, but as of today nothing has officially been shipped according to tacking they emailed me.

Save your time and money, go somewhere else like Yandy. Plus Yandy will return swimsuits as long as they are unused.

The website is amazing the prices are great I look forward to receiving my item I truly believe that the item is going to be just great as the pricing. If you haven't purchase anything from this website I will suggest you do so they have gorgeous clothing shoes etc.

I've mostly bought shoes from here and a dress or two. The dress was similar to stretchy Halloween costume polyester fabric, and the chest area was definitely designed for bosoms like their models. With that said, the sizing was accurate and the seams and stitches were all on point. I'm leery of ordering more clothes because the models have to tuck and hold some of the items to make them appear to fit properly, and the items are also Photoshopped too heavily to determine the fabric's qualities. The shoes are great. I was surprised by a few of the brand names on the boxes that arrived. I had presumed they would all be off label. Out of maybe 15-20 pair, I only had an issue with 1. The width of the footbed at the ball of the foot was literally about 2.5" on a size 11. Obviously, I have big feet but that's too narrow even for a size 6. Shipping is ridiculously expensive and I have found that for smaller orders it's better to use the free shipping promo code than the %off. Keep in mind if there is an asterisk after the red price that's the promo code price. No asterisk, you get that price and can get it shipped for free. The shipping notifications were strange and redundant. My packages arrived a couple days later than packages from 2 other California based companies that I ordered from the same day. I recommend shopping here for fast fashion, shoes and accessories.

I used to work here and let me warn you... do not buy here! I used to take stock of items and they do not care how they store their items. Cobwebs and spiders litter the shoes and your are mistreated as they make their was to shipping. And then from there their shipping is really unreliable, their customer service is non-existent, and returning items is the biggest hassle. Shop and buy here at your own risk.

I like clothing quality and it s very sexy. It s a perfect fit. True to it s sizing. I used it for a pool party.

I ordered 3 swimsuits and 2 of them fit like a size XSmall. They do not run true to size. I ordered a medium to be safe, even though I am a petite size 2. And they do not exchange or return due to sanitary issues, which I understand. But their products are not true to size. I have no issue fitting in any other size medium swimsuits. It s frustrating when you spend 80$ on swimsuits to have them not fit and you just have to eat the cost. Don t recommend buying swimsuits from them.

Good products, however customer service is terrible I don't recommend shopping from them online they don't take returns well and they don't answer calls. I returned unused only opened box of shoes and they refuse to even allow store credit.

This company is a SCAM! It s listed as currently closed and it IS but is still accepting online orders. Only problem is they take your money and do not ship you anything. No answer when you call and emails get an auto generated answer stating company closed but offering no refund! BEWARE!

Lie lie and more lies.. ordered never received.. however charged card and tried to speak to them a supervisor was supposed to call? Never did.. I called and spoke with a guy he said it was shipping @ 4 pm on Monday.. never did! Called and spoke with a supervisor she lied and would not own ownership of not shipping., when confronted she hung up!! I ve been using this site since 2006! Absolutely love !! First time I ordered I lived in Canada. Shipping still didn t take long! Now I m back in California and I cannot stop ordering !! My boyfriend is even ordering me stuff from here just ordered another lingerie piece this morning

I ordered two items and one of the items never shipped and was not received. I called their customer support line and no one picked up and then emailed. I received an initial response and then never heard back. I never received a refund for the item that never shipped to me. I would never order from this company again!

I do appreciate that they responded here (via google reviews) but I am leaving the review at 1 -star because of how difficult it was to get a response and receive customer service.

Package was lost between UPS and USPS, none of my emails were responded to and each call was an hour wait with no answer!

The checkout process was easy. I wish that if you are not using paypal, your information was more secured through the site. When entering all my credit card information, it was not secured and anyone could have seen it.

SCAM all of my orders were missing boots which I have yet to be refunded for. The rep is RUDE and slow to respond. They never answer calls or return messages. Will be filing a complaint with my bank and BBB. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT Shop here. As for the clothes the jacket I ordered was cheap and smelt like mildew. Horrible customer service. Ordered multiple things and was never told it was on back order I didn't find out until I called and it took 6 tries to get someone to answer. Been calling for weeks now to get the money refunded and when I finally get someone they just give you some bs run around...

I like my clothes I ordered that's why I gave 2 stars. My issue is your website, it sucksssssss!! It takes forever to load the clothes and it jumps back to the top of the screen before you even see the whole page. I gave up from frustration on just trying to shop. Im sure im not the only one, so im sure you are losing alot of money from this alone, so you should fix it fast.

I have purchased for the past 4 years and I love all of the clothing. I have also been able to take beautiful pictures for the gram. The clothing and shoes are my obsession. AMI clubwear not only has sexy clothing but you can pick classics as I am wearing.

So I looked for days for a dress I am not a huge fan on buying clothes online but anyway I went ahead and bought from this store, to be 100% honest with everyone that will look at this its NOT WORTH IT. The material for the dresses is probably the cheapest they can buy, anyone who thinks otherwise probably has the worst taste in clothes EVER! I cried on what I received but to be honest they always have some type of promo so you buy dresses for like 15 dollars and think that you won, well no thats exactly what you get a dress or whatever it is that your buying for that cheap price.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
don't make the same mistake I did and regret it. PLUS YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK YOU GET STORE CREDIT and to be honest I won't even except that, they can keep my money and keep there tacky stuff.

I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I bought 2 swimsuits being very aware that they marked them ''final sale''. However when they arrived they were the tiniest item that I've ever seen for the size that they were marked. I emailed amiclubwear requesting for an exemption because they never disclosed that the items run small. They replied back literally with a copy paste of their 'final sale' policy and when I called to personally speak with a supervisor they never got me one on the phone. They took my number and promised that I would get a call back and that never happened. I've been buying online forever!! I bought my regular size that I've always gotten even on previous purchases made to THEM! BEWARE! THIS COMPANY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU, RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER, LISTEN AT ALL, OR JUST OVERALL GIVE A F*** that your request is fairly reasonable. I felt tricked because it's not fair that you're locked down to keeping an item on which they didn't disclose the sizing properly.

I should have researched this business before shopping with them, I placed an order on 05/26/2018, which is still in process as 06/01/2018, but my account was charged immediately! So, I've sent them an email requesting them to refund my account. Items shouldn't be advertised if they aren't available, and you shouldn't falsely advertise how your company guarantees fast shipping!

I purchased some clothes as gifts for Christmas in 12.08.2018. My package got lost by UPS. I tried to solve issue by contacting UPS and they directed me to Amiclubwear. Amiclubwear has terrible customer service and they are not accessible via phone. I tried to email for refund. They neither refunded nor contacted and resent my purchase. I am still waiting their answer ( currently 01.03
2019) after Christmas passed. I have had worst experience with this company. Please be aware about negative outcome when you buy something from them.

Dont let the prices fool you. They have the wrong sizes and they have a no return/exchange policy. It takes forever to even reach customer service and their customer service is horrible. They will do nothing to accomodate their customers, not even an exchange. Do not shop here, it is not worth the headache or the hassle.

So i am recanting my earlier post. I emailed George, he responded right away and he resolved my issue and took the time to explain the procedure. Placed my order Wednesday at midnight, my stuff will be here today it was shipped yesterday......I live in California so that helps.

I had been ordering regularly a couple of years ago. Stopped because of their return policy. Please, read it before you order. Since I had a $19+ credit in my account (they don't refund!), I decided to order again during their Black Friday sale. Again, they got me. Sure I got the Black Friday discount, but than they charged nearly $14 in Shipping, while shipping is usually free for an order of minimum $50. Mine was. Also, although I clicked on it several times - and waited and waited - I was unable to open their "Terms and Conditions" on my phone before placing my order. This company is out to get you one way or another! When you buy them on sale, the clothes are perfect for an evening at a Club. Cheap fabrics, but sexy designs. Wash by hand cold and dry flat.
