That road. You will see employees cars on right.

Drivers beware of complete operations failure.

They will have you wait for a door for hours and hours in a smelly, loud , dirty, gravel lot without Bathrooms and nothing to buy. They think of you as a chicken. Very lazy , rude , unhappy people working at check in.
I could only imagine the loading process and time, not sure because after 3 hours waiting for a door, i left.

Save yourself some dignity and respect yourself, dont load out of this cheap, cheap place.

They have no regard of HOS.

No star if possible. The guards were very friendly. But we got there at 12pm by 6am the next day we still were not loaded and told to continue waiting. The place smells horrible. Even for a processing plant. There is no bathroom or portapotty available in the waiting are. The docks are tight as heck. We were told they would pit our trailer in a door for us and they would call us when they were ready but after 18 hours they never did.

Awesome - Most of the employees smoke lots of marijuana before work. You can smell it pretty heavily all over the outside break pavilions. Party Amick style! Word! There is little social distancing or masks in large groups of people outside. And totally no social distancing inside. Although mask are required inside and on all production lines, people are literally elbow to elbow (the way the productions lines are set up). All the machinery is sanitized daily (or as needed) to the max with special foam cleaners and high pressure water hose. The company has implemented spraying down all outside break areas once a week and inside break areas a kept reasonably clean. But break areas need to be modernized. Quality Assurance dept is very conscienscuous and most of the leaders in that dept are dedicated to producing a quality product. Just not too sure about risks of COVID-19 to employee health. -Ex Amick Farms Quality Assurance employee!
