I just got my highlights done and I am extremely satisfied, I have been using Aki as my hair stylist for a few years now and she always goes above and beyond her service to make sure that I am happy. Americo's staff always friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this salon. ;)
Erika is amazing!!! She took my hair from shoulder length, to a pixie cut; and it turned out FREAKING AMAZING! And she made absolute sure it was what i wanted to prevent that old hair cut remorse. Their prices are great for the area, and the whole shop was so friendly!! 10/10!
Angela was freaking awesome. High energy, light-hearted, fun to be around. She was super easy to schedule with, was great to bounce ideas off of and talk through what I wanted, and she slowed down and took the time to be detail-oriented (despite my hair having taken ages of her time) !
She answered my eight million questions with a smile and enjoyed teaching during the process too, if you care to learn :)

I've been searching for a great hairstylist for many years to no avail. Angela @ Americo's finally broke the search...She is so fantastic! I could tell the moment we started talking that things were gonna look up for me and my hair. Hair for me is my most self conscience issue and I was starting to loose confidence that I would ever have beautiful hair again. Angela knows her products extremely well and what works for someone. I have extremely curly dry hair and being in Arizona's dry climate doesn't help. I had a base, highlights and a smoothing treatment done and my hair looks 10 years younger and fresher. I've never been able to achieve this look that I've so long desired and now I have. Frizz is gone and style is back. Highlights usually dry my hair out to a brittle frizz...Her highlighting products gave me shine, depth of color and a softness that I didn't think was possible and adding a smoothing treatment gave me silky soft curls. Give her a try! I'm really happy I did. Also everyone in the salon is so cool and pleasant to talk to you won't be disappointed. Thanks Angela!

The reviews brought me here. The service will keep me coming back. My previous salon became too pricey for me. I was willing to sacrifice some quality for affordability, but luckily I didn't have to! Roslyn was patient, listened to what I was hoping to accomplish, offered suggestions, and worked MAGIC on my hair. I am thrilled!
Erika Thornton has cut my hair a few times and did a great job so I decided to try her on highlighting my hair. She did an great job with that too. I'm so happy to find her and a salon in my neighborhood that I trust with my hair!
I always get nervous going to a new barber or salon for my haircut. I just moved here from out of town, and Americo s had amazing reviews so I gave it a shot. They have amazing reviews for a reason!!! Rick (the senior barber) cut my hair and it looked amazing the first time. The second time around I told him I wanted to switch it up, and he styled it better than anyone else I had ever been too. My haircut in LA would sometimes be as much as $100, and they could never do what he did for me!!!
Been traveling for months and my hair desperately needed a color and trim. I rely on reviews to help find reputable businesses with reliable service when in unfamiliar areas and I will add to the outstanding reviews for Americo s. Erica did a fantastic job on my hair today. The color looks great, my hair feels smooth and is fresh from a stylish trim. That s not easy when you have never worked with the client before, to match the normal color that has been sun faded and has grey taking over. Salon was clean, everyone was friendly and services were reasonably priced. Thanks Erica!
Had my haircut for the 2nd time today by Angela. She went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. She s fun to chat with. The salon is very clean. I will for sure go back!
