I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Team Mortgage. This is an exceptional group of people here who worked earnestly on my case to get this this loan approved and closed. Several unique circumstance made my qualifications for a loan extremely difficult, but Tom was able to find just the right fit for me and worked with the underwriters directly in order to close this loan. Because of Tom and Team Mortgage I have been able to purchase this home when it would have been otherwise impossible. More than two months of paperwork, documents, inspections, appraisals, applications, letters, affidavits, and the more and more requirements demanded by the underwriter... I was ready to just give it up and forget about this house, but Tom insisted he could get this to go through and for me to 'hang in there'. Because of his efforts and the dedicated work of his team, even helping me when I was on vacation halfway around the world, everything finally came together. Tom even arranged a place at his office where I could close remotely with an out-of-state title company. They got me a 15yr refinace rate of 1.99%! Hard not to be happy with them after that. They mainly got my business because the credit union I contacted first didnt have the time to answer the basic questions I had and Tom at Team Mortgage did.
