I was not paid for full day of work. They claim I worked 2 hours, I owed for steel toe boots so I would receive 0. Ridiculous, I worked the full 8 hours and was unable to clock in until end of shift. Weird iris scan time clock. Have received no response and have filed with MO Dept of Labor.
I emailed my contact[Ashley] on "payday" and Received NO response.
I am owed 67.00 minus taxes . I called off the next day. Why would I call if i only worked 2 hours? This will be escalated above state level next.

Very unprofessional. I think because it s a small business without an overhead of managers that they be rude to employees. I asked one question and the manger responded do you want the job or not? . I said no. She said thanks for wasting my time and hung up. I wish I had recorded it for proof. And every female in that office is a b****. If that office was located in the hood, them employees will have that building messed up from angry employees expressing their mistreatment. I wish the American Staffing was located in the ghetto. Somebody gone come in there looking for a job with nothing to lose and go haywire when the disrespect spew out. That ll teach em.

Boss lady Rebeca is the best.. She doesn't play around so if you real about working and can always drop clean she will always have your back and put you and your willingness to work above and before those companies who are just about making money. So if you need a steady company to work for and willing to put in the work to see American Staffing and ask for Rebeca...

This place is amazing. They are polite, professional, and efficient! Got me an interview the very next day I applied with them. Recommend to anyone looking for a job

The thing that gets me is that they charge you for protective gear that's already provided for you at your assignment free of charge, further more, they don't seem to 'remember' when to pay their employees. I wasn't aware that we, the temps, were responsible for paying ourselves. On top of that, they don't pay overtime, despite you working over 40 hours in a week. They're focused on driving you harder and harder so they can squeeze every cent out of you.

Rude and Very Unprofessional. Especially Emma. I just a signed up yesterday and today they told me they don't like my attitude, never come back. But I never even had a chance to work a assignment. Just a Rude and terrible experience in the office do to the rude loud workers and loud construction! They are half doing everything do to construction. Even orientation. If you want work don't go here. The workers for the company know they job is secure so they don't care about the workers. They talk to us like trash. I apologise to every worker knowing I did nothing wrong. Call this morning and, my service was terrible and Rebecca is very rude THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OBNOXIOUS
