Our Insurance Company recommended American Restoration . We were in Texas and were desperate for someone to help when our pipes burst in Conifer, Colorado. Taylor and Bill together with their team were Absolutely Amazing They were professional, First Class in everything and kept us up to date on every step and we could not have been recommended anyone better. I cannot praise them enough for their work. They went above and beyond our expectations, even meeting me and taking me to the property when I had to fly in from Texas. If it were possible I would definitely give them many many more STARS!
We had some terrible damage from two broken water pipes and American Restoration handled our project with complete professionalism. They did a great job helping us clean up the damage and then quickly helped restore and replace everything back to it's original state. They were the primary communicators with our insurance agency and got almost the whole job covered for us. They even suggested and implemented additional insulation to help prevent this situation in the future. I enjoyed working with Taylor and his team and would highly recommend them.
We used Taylor when our basement flooded last summer. Everyone else was days out just for an estimate, meanwhile my basement was a few inches under water for 4+ days. Taylor and his crew was able to come that day to get the water out and immediately removed carpet, pad, floor boards and cut 18 inches up of drywall and get fans going which kept me from having a major mold problem.
I have also called on Taylor twice since moving to a new house and he was kind enough to make time to come that day to look at a possible water problem. In both cases he referred me to someone he has worked with and both times he put me in touch with very good, honest and fair companies.

I worked with American Restoration after my dishwasher leaked all over my kitchen and ultimately into my basement. It was an absolute disaster... I called several companies in the area and American Restoration had the best price and was not as corporate feeling as SERVPro and others who had told me I needed to rip out all my cabinets, granite counter top and much more (which did not need to be done). I decided to go with American Restoration after a long evaluation and could't have been happier. They were very honest with what the actual problem was and what all we needed to get done. They even provided insight on insurance and the best way to handle my specific situation. They were very punctual and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process which started with remediation and finished with remodeling.
