Appointment was right on time. Blood draw was easy as usual, and a Nutter Butter snack afterwards!

12-24 I felt like 2nd class donor as a walk-in today. I had to ask why it was taking so long to process me, front desk didn't notify staff, I was overlooked at arrival in canteen area. I saw other donors were promptly attended to, both before and after me so it wasn't just holiday mode.

Because I have an athletic heart and my heart rate is 48 beats a minute They won't let me donate

Great location to donate whole blood and platelets. The staff and volunteers are always so friendly and eager to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

The new blood donation is great. Usually in and out in under 40 min to get whole blood. Currently, due to COVID, they are not really taking walk-in donations, which is a drag. Also, since they are taking forehead temperatures, be sure to take off your hat for a bit before going inside so your head cools down.

More attention to the needy and the ones that need that hug or something

Took a CPR class here. The building nice and the teacher was very good at teaching.

They do a great job. I would encourage others to donate whole blood, plasma, or platelets. You'll feel better when you do.

I'd like to thank the redcross for all their help and support. Staff was awesome at Woodburn Super 8. Hotel staff was great. Thanks to all the firefighters, police, Marion county, and search and rescue for all you've done and will be continuing to do throughout Oregon's recovery. I greatly appreciate it. As I'm sure others do as well. Thank you staff and volunteers.

This was an amazing experience for me! My first time donating blood for my son. And they made it an easy very comfortable process. I will be returning when I can.

Had a great experience, felt very comfortable with the precautions taken for covid-19. They have masks for those who don't have any and clean everything between use.

Had problems with give platelets didn't it to work right not made to give them

This is a very nice Red Cross. It's a little space-wise, but they make good use of it. The parking lot is very small, and not very pedestrian friendly. But the staff is super nice and I've always had a good experience there.

Great class and great teacher! They were able to adapt well with a class varied in skill level and experience.

The lady who checked me in and did my platelet donation was very kind. It was my first time giving platelets and it went well. I did the rapid pass to speed the process along.

Not a fan of the location of the building. Parking lot is rediculous. Check in seemed longer and the ma that helped me w my blood donation didn't have answers to most of my questions. Disappointing.

It costs nothing but 1 hour of your time and only takes 3 or 4 minutes to actually have blood drawn. Does not hurt and you get lots of cookies or crackers and juice afterwards and chats with sweet volunteers. Do not hesitate. Make your appointment today online. It is fast, easy and you'll be glad you did. It feels good, especially during these lonely times of staying in place due to the COVID-19. The sanitation and safety measures are extra safe and secure and sanitized.

This was an interesting and informative class to take. Adult and infant CPR and AED CERTIFICATION, along with first aid. The instructor Jennifer was really helpful and she had a great sense of humor when warranted, it made the 6+ hour class very enjoyable!
