They handle several properties for my husband and myself. They are available 24/7. I know that our tenants are very happy from their end of things as well. They are responsive, professional, personable and just all around great to work with. Their follow up on any issue is 100%. They have a way of finding the right tenant for the right property!

I used this company to find and manage rentals for my property in Venice. The first agent I used was so unresponsive that I requested Janice who was in charge of this department. I explained that I wanted the property and it s content be checked occasionally because the unit was furnished. When tenant wanted to renew, I asked them to check property. I was assured this was being done. When tenant broke lease , (which I was not informed about for several days) I found that the specific property furniture that I asked them to check about was beyond repair. I also found that the work done by a plumber they hired and I paid for was never done. When I asked why they had not found me a new tenant after quite some time, I realized that Janice had only listed my property as a seasonal, not yearly rental. The response time for this company is very unprofessional,. Despite many phone calls and messages, there was no response explaining the plumbers charges. I never heard back when I asked to speak to the owner of the company, and no explanation regarding the charges that I received. I wish I had checked their other reviews (yellopages.com,etc.) because I have found that other owners have experienced the same problems. FYI, I rented the unit myself within a week and at a higher rate than this company recommended.
American Realty sold my property in North Port this past summer and did an excellent job communicating as well as representing me in the process. Would definitely recommend them!
