I recently visited the American Migraine Center and I have to say, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about migraines. However, the overall customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disorganized and rushed, which made me feel like just another number. The waiting time was longer than expected and there was a lack of clear communication regarding the process. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable, but didn't spend enough time addressing my concerns and explaining potential treatments. The center itself was clean and well-maintained, but the atmosphere felt clinical and impersonal. While I appreciate the resources available, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer care and creating a more welcoming environment for patients.
