AMP is a faith based organization that truly treats employees as assets to the company. They go out of their way to help employees in need. I believe their success is due to how they run their business. Employees are paid competitively. If you show up for work, are willing to learn and can adjust to a fast growing organization, you can have a long and successful career with AMP. There are a number of employees with 20 plus years of service. Employees who leave, ask for their jobs back. It is a family atmosphere and a great place to work.
I have been at this company for 24 years and I hate to say it.... but it needs to be said. I came from humble beginnings scratching and clawing my way up to where I am in this company. I have rarely been acknowledged or praised for my hard work. I ve had to fight scraps per say. And I barely make above minimum wage. Hate to say the truth cause it pains me to say such awful-truths from the company that made me the man I am today. Look for better employment opportunities.
Terrible Place to Work- The hourly wage is $10 with no raises or bonuses. Go anywhere else to work for an employer with potential.
