It so Alarming for me to know and see that the American HEART Association would recommend, show and guide the American public to eat Brisket, Pork tenderloin, Swiss cheese turkey burgers, Steak, etc. No Doctor in their right mind would recommend to eat these meals when asked to what to eat to have a healthier heart or when suffering from heart disease.
But its not surprising when the AHA is sponsored by companies such as - Texas Beef Council, Nebraska Beef Council, Colorado Beef Council, South Dakota Beef Council, Idaho Beef Council, Kentucky Beef Council, Dominoes Pizza, Tyson.
