Every bad review is real, DAN AND MIKE SCHEMBER are crooks and don't pay. They owe a bunch of carriers for an Agent they used to work with. I know this for FACTS. I work for Hellman and Dray Depot is an excellent company. SHAME ON AMERICAN GROUP

Had a great experience working with American Group on a recent freight project! Their pricing was very competitive, communication was great and the level of service our agent Jenna Martinez provided was phenomenal. We had a very challenging project and Jenna was able to work through every challenge and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be using American Group for future shipments.
I have worked with American Group for almost 2 years now. We are a small manufacturing plant in Manhattan, KS and American Group has facilitated our success in many ways. Their negotiated rates with LTL Freight Companies are fantastic. They also handle partial truckloads and full truckloads with efficiency and have never let us down.
Aside from their ability to secure freight carriers and phenomenal pricing, it is their customer service that has lead me to write this review. I deal with several members of the AG team, Leroy, Jay, Will and several other, and they have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all, straight to the point. I have never had any issues that left a sour taste in my mouth.
Their software and website are also extremely user friendly. I had never worked in a logistics field, yet within a matter of days, I had a solid grasp on how to use and manipulate their system to allow our company to succeed in our industry.
Not sure about all these negative reviews and why. This company was easy to work with and highly suggest you work with them. All the negative reviews must be carriers who don't how to utilize google properly.

I would caution against working with this company. They do not pay carriers on time and do not pay agents commissions when owed.
I had a great experience with American Group, on a load from Wisconsin to Texas. I was held at the delivery for hours, my Rep. Steven Wilkinson took care of everything and made what could have been frustrating at ease. Stevens is awesome and asset to American Group. I'll definitely do more business with this company in the future and recommends them.
