Great experience, i put this down to my Account Manager Mr Ajay Kumar.

Ajay is super easy to get hold of, explains everything clearly and makes everything super simple! The AMEX App is also very easy to use and check finances.

Highly recommend Ajay for AMEX card services. Thank you!

On hold for over 10 minutes. Phone Banking Officer makes you feel that you they are doing a favor by just talking to you. This is possibly the worst customer service experience I have had in Dubai. Really poor.
