I personally worked for this company for 8 years. They treated me right for about 4 or 5 of them. The company came under new ownership at that point, and I began to feel unappreciated. I stuck with it for three or so more years, and that was all I could take. The management knew there would be no raise for me so they just stopped evaluating my job performance. You can't tell someone they are doing great , but there is no more money for you. So they just stopped saying anything at all, and joined their robot work force. I left O'Charley's 3 years ago and it was the best move I ever made!!! I am now the executive chef of the busiest restaurant in my home town. A town of 115,000 or so. I am not writing this for me though, I am writing this for my wife, who has been with O'Charley's for close to 15 years. My wife broke her foot in two places in march of this year, and has been out of work for 6 months. My wife has turned in paperwork from her doctor, and a work release form OK ing her to go back to work. Now she is being told she no longer has a job with the company. The company she busted her ass for, for 14 plus years. She could get her job back as a new hire, and lose her vacation pay, three weeks paid, seniority, and all other benefits she's worked so hard for. Shame on you O'Charley's for treating your employees this way. Blue ribbon holdings you get no ribbons, so call yourself whatever makes you feel good. You get one star, and that's cause I can't give you zero. If I don't receive a reply of some sort. I will use all my friends, family, and other resources to try to get your restaurant closed in my town. I'm a bit of a local celebrity so it wouldn't be hard. You need to take a good hard look at yourselves, and start taking care of your people, because that used to be the O' way. Don't know where you went wrong "Blue Ribbon Holdings".

We loved this place so much we went there 3 times during a 5 day stay. Sunday brunch was awesome! with $2.50 Mimosas! The food was excellent, the staff was great, will definitely return if we ever make it back to Meridian,

We celebrated my daughter's birthday Sunday at O'C...

We celebrated my daughter's birthday Sunday at O'Charley's in Stockbridge, GA. She bit into a piece of glass in her soda and we are still waiting to hear from someone in management, corporate or claims to call to see how she is doing and to cover her dental cost. To date, no one has even called.

It does not amaze me that Village Inn has problems...

It does not amaze me that Village Inn has problems. The customer service @ the 44th and Dodge location has been an issue for more than 8 years. The managers are terrible & we were even chased to our car by a manger who thought we did not pay... the waitress was given cash and did not clear our check. This has happened to more than just us.

Because the O'Charleys in Bellevue got my to go order wrong yesterday, I was forced to eat the overloaded potato soup instead of the chicken harvest soup I ordered. That potato soup is HORRIBLE!!! It is SO SALTY and tastes like it's made with cheese whiz. They may want to consider changing the recipe and making the soup with real ingredients and taking out some of the salt.

We spent $200 for a very crappy service... First off they started bring food out before we even got our drinks then when we asked for our drinks they brought us styrofoam cups then half of our food orders were wrong then when we ordered our desserts they brought most of them out and when we asked asked for the last one we were told "they had to find it" then they said "we have to cut it" and when asked the third time we were told " oh we're out of that" after they had already got the money and his tip and we never got our money back for the dessert they lost. I spoke to a manager and he not once apologized for our service he just started making up excuses as to why we were getting crappy service.... I won't be back that was my first and last time there you get better service at McDonald's.

Me and my wife ate at O'Charley on north keystone ave @ Glendale on June 9 2017. I write this only as a warning to others. Unless you like slow service, stale chips tasteless food and for Gods sake don't order the artichoke dip (a culinary experiment gone horribly wrong) Hell we even had to wait to be seated because of a shift change. I guess they couldn't handle the large crowd of perhaps twelve people scattered about already. (sarcasm intended) Not worth a call to the restaurant to complain it was quite clear from our last visit that they don't care. And we wouldn't return under any circumstance anyway. Not worthy of the 1 star given but I was forced to choose it it order to post this review.

I applied for a host position at ocharleys for the antioch location.i was contacted back for a scheduled interview for tuesday at 3 pm. When i went to the interview the manager told me that they are looking for boh (back of house) but i applied for the host position. She responded with well i noticed that you have had experience with cooking if thats something your interested in doing..if i wanted to work in the kitchen i would have applied for the ad that said cooks wanted. I think its very unprofessional to schedule an interview knowing that the person applied for a hosting position but when the person gets there its all about another position that they never wanted or even applied for. I don't understand why i was contacted if the host position was not what was needed but was posted as what they needed. I now understand why they are looking to hire people sounds like poor management. I will never apply for another position for any company that american blue ribbon is apart of.i hope who ever the president of this company is knows whats going on and fixes the major issues because eventually its going to destroy them. Best of luck and i honestly hope someone contacts me back since i did call the number to speak to someone about the issue. If i could give no stars that definitely would be my selection..the only reason they got one is because i was contacted back after i put an application in.other than that its been the worst experience ever.

# 1 - people eat breakfast everyday but you guys think people don't eat breakfast during the week only on the weekends. #2- free pie Wednesday is free pie Wed for everyone that does not have kids. Yeah I am not impressed O'Charleys
