Good return policy and reasonably priced good items. I bought something 3 months ago and didnt use it and got a chance to return it now. It was returned smoothly

I experienced very rude customer service on the men's department especially the black manager I forgot his name he has this curly hair I tried to talk to him kindly just to verify the price of a t-shirt and before I enter the store I already call the customer service they told me that it is the same price online and it's on Canadian price. It clearly stated that it should be the same price and he replied in French as if I don't understand him and he said that it is not the same price like hello I tried to verify it first on your customer service via phone call and it should be applicable. I am very disappointed with this kind of attitude I'm hoping that they should train the manager of what is the proper etiquette when facing a customer.

Wow the service here is one of the best I have ever experienced. I went to shop for some Aerie underwear on the 2nd floor and the whole team was truly amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for and did it with a smile from beginning to end. They were professional, friendly and very approachable! Although it got busy, I never felt rushed and at the end, the manager genuinely appreciated that I left a comment about their staff. Thank you Ashanti, Anne, Kayla and Michelle for a wonderful shopping experience!!! <3

Good quality clothing, quite pricey tho. Used to have really good sales but haven't seen anything worth it lately. Better deals and options for women overall.

Shout-out to corporate, they're doing a great job of making everything so convenient, in store pickup AND free home delivery if the item you want wasn't in your size. Just wish they'd make all the bras in cotton like they used to

Overall decent store, 3 floors and the men's section is on the bottom. With the sales, the clothes are around market value, but overpriced at regular price. Good build quality and average clearance section. Fitting rooms can have long lines.

Had to return stuff , it was very quick. Staff was helpful!!

The ladies on the first floor were very cheery but not pushy. I just stopped by to make returns but they made me feel very welcomed. Two thumbs up!

I was served by the super friendly Alex (supervisor), I am very happy with my experience. He advised me well and was funny and smiling. Anyway, I recommend you go to this store!
