Very poor customer service my rep doesn't not care if you buy or not, I have tried to go into management for help to know avail you can call multiple people they don't even return your calls even when they tell you they're going to .

It would be helpful if you would include a copy of your FFL when shipping to your wholesale customers. Therefore, it would save us the additional time, hassle and aggravation by calling your phone tree system while trying to self resolve this issue.
