Professional crew, nice job, love how they have been in business for decades!

There seemed to be communication issues with the rep who quoted us and the crew who did the work, but both continued to work with us until we were satisfied. They did not try to dodge us, or mince words to get out of responsibilities. They simply continued dialogue and visits to the house until all was as we agreed to. Because of their customer service and Good attitude from both crew and the rep (his name is Sandy) I would recommend this company and use them again.

Atlas Master Companies has a great group of employees, I work with Mariel and think she is great!

This review is based solely upon the initial contact and quote for work, as I never received any call back from their company after asking for a revised quote to discuss the particulars of work to be performed, I can only judge their company based off the interaction with the individual who met me on scene....Their company history is well documented, and it seems the quality of their work is high, I have little doubt that this is true, but if a potential customer with a potential $13,000 job is essentially waived off....that's not good business. I can only hope this was a serious lapse in judgement on the part of the individual (Mr. Campbell) who gave me the initial quote for work. I emailed him roughly one day after the initial quote was given to me with a list of follow on questions and asked for the quote to be revised, I waited five businesses days with no response. That following Monday, I called him to see if he had received my email, he said yes and would get back to me by the end of that day. No response after that. Again, I'd like to give AMC the benefit of the doubt here, but the job meant too much to me to wait on a staff member who simply allowed a multi thousand dollar job to be forgotten about. It speaks volumes of one's company to see something like that happen. The job needed to get done, and I simply could not entrust the particulars to AMC given this lack of follow through. Hopefully the owner reads this and takes appropriate action. As a fellow local small business owner, if I had a sales person who made such a drastic lack of judgement, there had better be a pretty friggin good reason why, and either way they very well might be fired the following day.

We used AMC to repair our foundation.
Company was very professional, I felt that the salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. When the crew came to do the work they were respectful of our property and efficiently did the repair.
