My mum had a fall at home 10 days ago and although we had a long wait for the ambulance when the two young men arrived they treated mum professionally but also with great care. They also had to stay with mum for a few hours waiting in the ED its no wonder that we had to wait so long for an ambulance but you wouldn't know that from how they were with mum and me keeping me updated on mum till they were able to hand her over to the ED staff. So a big thankyou from mum and myself I think one was called Nick so thanks again both of you I might not remember names but I do remember faces.
