Never someone on the phone
Trust with me is 0 zero, only a question cannot be answered

There is an email and a letter to the retailer ALDI that the company ambiance technology is not to be trusted and that it is better to end the sanenwerk

Very bad company with extremely bad service.. Their service is horrible. My phone suddenly did not charge anymore. I called them three times and I e-mailed them twice to help me with this since I have a guarantee left for more than 12 months. Each time I was promised that I was going to be called back by the technical service since they are able to help me but they haven't returned any of my calls so far. I am currently almost a week without a phone and that is unacceptable.

I recommend everybody not to buy phones from this company since its crap what you buy and the service is an even more crap.

Just standing outside smoking and the phones ... junk is just .. 3rd grade phones just not my thing.

Bad and very rude support. No additional information provided. eReader broke after a week because of 'pressure'. Was always in my bag in a sepperated part. Terrible!

This company is selling worthless Wolfgang telephones. support is very poor.
Continuous restarts, data that no longer works at once. You will not receive any firmware. But you have to send your phone for firmware upgrade. Never again a telephone from this company for me.
