Just receive a text confirming the Blockheads Aylesbury gig 22nd June is cancelled. It looked very dodgy, so I phoned to confirm cancellation is legit, which it is...... There were horrendous spelling & grammatical mistakes in the message "we apologise for any icnonvenience caused, as you now has tickets for a cancelled show." ....... Sort it out guys!
Failing to refund tickets that have been booked a year ago. Cancelled the show due to covid. But are relying on customers only to accept a credit voucher that is only valid for 12 months. I have requested a monetary refund immediately 4 weeks ago. Only answered me 14 days later saying my order number does not exist. I replied immediately with proof of purchase they are ignoring my emails and many many others that want a full refund. I am disgusted by their response and treatment of so many.
Edit: 100's of customers complaining of being ignored or delay tactics. In my case I sent photo of said tickets. Explained again I wanted full refund. Then 1 h later the show has been rebooked. For January 2020. I immediately declined and said I still wanted a refund. 7 days later they accepted to provide a refund - but I will have to wait 7 days. I will point out that the company is not following their own T&C's. Many customers again complaining in regards not receiving monies after the 7 day wait. I am currently on day 5.
2nd edit: first week of May. Still no refund. They did eventually accept refund in mid April. Then they claimed the bank details are incorrect. Had to fill out another form as it is a no-reply email. There is no direct contact with customer services. Gave up on the phone calls being on hold for 50 min+. Still no refund to this date
3rd edit: going in to July now the new excuse is that due to PayPal restrictions of 180 days of purchase they won't refund or can't. Even with the correct details. A complaint with stars has been made - whom also now say to provide a full refund in 7 days. This still has not happened. Interesting the times newspaper has been in touch with many of those raising complaints in social media and watchdog tv as well.
