That hotel was not clean. Carpet has marks. At the first receptionist gave us a room that was not clean. And we changed it to another room and that one was just okay. Air conditioner was so old.
Nice, clean, very friendly.

The hotel was about 7 km from Almaty Airport, we used Uber and Yandex taxi (1500t) for transportation. The rooms were clean with air conditioning, breakfast was sumptuous, and the concierge helped us to take our luggage to our rooms. The hotel offers room service and some eateries in the rooms. As a precautionary measure, it would be advisable to verify the drinks / snacks available in the rooms during check-in as we were about to be charged for items that we hadn't taken. Overall, our stay was pleasant, we were allowed early check-in (9:00a.m) and since our departure flight was scheduled for 7pm, the hotel allowed us to keep our luggage downstairs as we toured the city.
It is not 4* hotel, the breakfast was not good, there is a bad smell in the rooms. But to the where it is situated they call golden square, everything is really close. I did not likr hotel but i liked staff very attantive and nice people.
It is Turkish hotel, the building is old. The cost for one night single room 12000 tenge, double room 16000 tenge with breakfast.
