Bought a pool vacuum from them last year that stopped working a couple weeks ago. Got it replaced with no hassle! The fact that they handle the warranty registration upon purchase makes it super easy. Great staff to deal with here. Very helpful!

I am fully convinced that a monkey with a ruler and a primary school education could have done a much better job than Amazon Pools and Spas. Multiple aspects of the pool were installed incorrectly making upkeep and maintenance overly tedious, time-consuming, and expensive for future years. The owner is also an extremely rude and seemingly entitled individual with no intuitive sense of how to interact with others (this has also been referred to in the other negative reviews). Would rate 0 stars if possible.

We want to thank Gabriel, Frank and team for helping us choose our perfect Bullfrog Spa. The delivery and installation was pretty smooth and the quality of the Spa is best in class. Now between this Spa and the new pool (also from Amazon from last year), Amazon has helped us make our backyard our little oasis!!! Thanks again!

Dropped by this store for the first time this week looking to solve my cloudy pool problem. The girls were very knowledgeable about the chemicals and gave me recommendations after doing a FREE water analysis for me. My pool is crystal clear now. The store is amazing and very inviting when you walk in. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Got an above ground installed from Amazon two weeks ago. Their crew presented themselves very well, were extremely nice and respectful and answered all our questions about running the equipment. Also got great service in store regarding maintenance. The whole buying a pool experience has been very positive. We are happy to be able to vacation in our backyard this summer. Thanks Amazon! Great service from Amazon Pools. Had purchased a house with an above ground which I knew nothing about and they came out and did the opening of my pool and though me how to vacuum. Followed their instructions and brought a water sample in, water is crystal clear and I can now go swimming. Large selection of toys and loungers and very nice showroom.

The best pool place in Fredericton. The staff is very confident, knowledgeable and helpful. We have been purchasing our pool supplies and chemicals from them for the last several years. I feel as though they appreciate my business and I am willing to spend a few extra dollars on some items for that alone. You might think that the young staff wouldn't be able to answer your questions. You would be wrong. I read a model number from my sand filter and she knew how much sand I needed and asked if I had changed it before. She offered up some advice and pointed me to their website where they now have some blog posts for how to guides and maintenance. I found it very helpful! Great service!
