Stay 2 nights from September 17-19 in room 637 can not take a shower of warm water because there is only cold water. The door handle starts to break so it is difficult to lock. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

The place is nice clean and tidy, but the highway in front is a bit bumpy

Room facilities are very standard and not functioning properly. The hot water has a good function, and the most disturbing thing is the smell of toilets on the bed ...

The hotel is a budget hotel, the rooms are small, yesterday I got a room where the bathroom leaked, I asked the lobby for repair, but it still leaked. But this hotel is next door to excelso and near hypermart. Not too far from the airport either. Reachable by gogo taxi.

Well it's a 2 star hotel. No hot water in room, you have to fetch it yourself at receptionist or ask them to deliver it to your room. Oh there's an Excelso in the lobby but beware of strong winds outside if you'd like to sit outside.
Have a quite bad experience when asking for the invoice.

Bad service, slow response. We lost our room key, reported, and were told to wait in front of the room for half an hour, we sat on the floor in front of the room.
Then the third day our room was not cleaned. When I reported, they said why didn't I put the hanger, even though I looked in the room there were no hangers to ask to clean the room. Then they said it would be cleaned later, but they didn't. Ohiya there is a telephone in the room but it can't be used, it's just a display, so if you want to contact the receptionist you have to come down immediately.
The breakfast was not delicious and didn't vary. Stay 4 days here, days 1-3 the cooking continues, the fourth day is worse, only tofu tempeh, no fish / chicken at all.

The location is Strategic on PU, Excelso Coffe, one building with Hotels, near Hypermart, KFC. Hotel facilities include a swimming pool.

New Building, clean & comfort room, you can still work on the table in your room.
But breakfast menu is not as good as the same 3 star hotel in neighborhood, need to improve breakfast menu. If breakfast didnot become your concern than this hotel is good for stay.

This hotel is perfect for single or couple but not very comfortable for family with kids, because there is no extra bed option. The staffs are friendly and the location is great since it's near to most of shopping center. You can also order a "taxi" or rental car to take you anywhere either for sightseeing or business. Two things that can be improve are the consistency of the porridge as breakfast, and more hooks in the bathroom. Overall I have good experience staying in this hotel.

Came here with two friends. Location is close to the airport, near hypermart and KFC. The room was okay, considering the price. Unfortunately, both of my friends got rooms that had very strong scent of cigarettes (meanwhile the staff didn't ask about smoking or non-smoking room). One of the rooms didn't supply any toiletries (towel, slippers, toothbrush, etc) and the reason was because they don't ran out of towels (like what?). Moreover, when I checked out there was another customer complaining on the cleanliness and readiness of the room the night before (they arrived to a room very filthy). Also, when I checked out to make it efficient I asked for the front desk staff to bring my baggage down while I have my breakfast. The staff said okay and reconfirm my room number. However, as I was about to leave and asked for my baggage they hadn't brought it down and it took 15 minutes to bring down one bag.

The room is ok ... but the wifi is not good n bad because the hotel service should be ok
