The rooms are small, but below there is a nice excelso for hanging out

Good hotel with prime location. Its near to hypermarket which is only takes 3 minutes by walking and only 10 minutes to El Tari Airport by car.

Poorly managed hotel: staff can be rude at times and they'll make mistakes like giving wrong keys to people, resulting in what happened to me last night at 2:30 am: a COMPLETE STRANGER walked in my room as I was sleeping because somehow he can open my room with his key!!!
Also, it takes more than 45 minutes for a plate of fried rice!

Hotels with one price system and room type. Friendly service, clean rooms, a varied breakfast, and guaranteed security. The location is quite close to El Tari airport (approximately 15 minutes), city parks, shopping, and recreation areas. Flexible and comfortable meeting rooms coupled with snacks that are always on time, will add points to reserve a meeting room.

It is very strategically located in the heart of Kupang.

No star for this hotel.. arrived already late at night, the room and the bed is very dirty.. yellow stained everywhere on the bedsheets, hairs under the blanket on all three rooms that i booked.. not recommended at all.. the towels were still wet, the staff just rolling them, thought maybe the guest wont checked.. very disappointed. Wont come back here again,
I will recommend Tmore Hotel that closer to the airport for whose looking for transit hotel..

I just been in one day here, the FOD really not experienced to handled the guest and is not nice, i was booked the room from yesterday 6 Aug and I arrived today morning 7 Aug, I should have breakfast this morning because is included but he said i can only have breakfast tomorrow 8 Aug, but i said I supposed to check out today 7 Aug, because i book the room from yesterday 6 Aug, so i explained i should have the BF today 7 Aug because i already booked the room from yesterday 6 Aug and finnally he understood and let me to have the BF this morning 7 Aug.
And I ask him to give me late check out around 2 pm and he said I must check out 12pm and max 1pm more than that i must pay 200k extra he said, but i said to him i just check in today, why can't i have few more hours ? He said is in the system and he cant change it, i told him to ask his manager because i dont like the way he handled the guest, and also he make mistake doing the flashing my room card, so I had to go down again to reflash.
And after BF i meet another FOD to allow me check out after 2 pm, little arguing again about the sistem wont allowe me she said, and I explained that i just been check in this morning, and finnally she give me permission. They should not do this, although is in the system, but system can be adjusted is not a big matter, but the way they handled the guest is not so nice. Hopefully they willin to change the way they work!. As I know other hotel allowe me to have late check out around 2pm.
And Breakfast also not that good, Im sorry i dont think i cant give this hotel 2-3 stars until they can improve front desk service and breakfast. Other than that this hotel is good essy access to anywhere, free airport drop.

There are cups and spoons, but no water heater is available in the room

Friendly service, eating frequently runs out, the rooms are tidy but unfortunately there was no closet to store clothes

Clean hotel and good service, located in the middle of Kupang city and close to the River Basin area

Not bad for transit. AC is not cold enough. Average breakfast.

Room and bathroom: Space is used efficiently leaving not much for you. Clean and neat. Warning: The beds are a bit on the soft side, if you need a firm bed this is not the place
Breakfast: The breakfast area is called Xpress Cafe which gives you a heads up that you won't be spending time perusing the buffet dividing it into round 1-3. Simple fare is served here.
Other: There is nice outdoor coffee shop connected to the hotel but not part of the hotel. The pool is suitable for small fish or people learning to tread water. There is a free shuttle service to the airport.
