I had enquired for property and spoke to Irfan a sales guy in Amar Serenity. This guy is very rude and sounding very high and was not answering properly, this was not expecting, he should be very professional. said "aapko ghar lene ke liye chal kr aana hoga, ghar baithe to nahi legengi aap flat", "aap broker ho ya channel partner also said that kaun se firm se baat kr rahi ho". I asked general question regarding, availability / costing in details/ and possession date in details. as its raining season I can't go for every visit. I am not going to prefer this property for me or for any one with my preference.

This is not the way to talk to a lady or any client, ask you executive to talk in a professional way or give them some personal development training.

Everything looked good on paper till we met the sales person Mr Mrugesh. He over promised on possession date and delivery details but when it comes to sticking to committment fails to deliver. Creates a lot of confusion. He says something else and his head of sales says something else. There is a lot of confusion between the management. There are dispute cases on these builders for the last 10 years when we ask for papers for our satisfaction the sales person Mr Mrugesh says if you don't trust us you can go. In the end when it comes to spending more than a crore how can one trust peolle blindly that someone you don't really know. But thanks to the sales person we got a bigger and better house.
