I contacted Imagine Estate & Letting Agents in July 2020 to enquire about letting my apartment in Watford. Spoke to Prudence Spires who was very friendly, professional and informative. I told her that the apartment would be vacant at the end of the month and she very kindly reassured me that they would be able to get a tenant in by August 2020 as it was currently a very busy period for the company. I thought it was very ambitious to have it rented so soon but Imagine delivered. Within one week of meeting with Prudence to discuss contracts, she had three tenants ready to view the property. She was very meticulous in selecting the right tenant. I am very pleased to say that everything went very smoothly and on time. A tenant was ready to move in by the first week in August. I was very impressed at how efficient she was in ensuring that the safety checks were all completed as per schedule. During her absence I had the pleasure of dealing with Jack Kingsley who was also professional, friendly and supportive, nothing was too difficult for him to deal with. I must say this level of customer service is exemplary, not very often experienced these days. A business operating under this level of efficiency that I have experienced from these two members of staff is what is required in the UK to boost the economy. Based on my experienced in doing business with Imagine to date, I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to rent their property. Nothing less than five stars for Imagine services.
