Great place to work. Friendly co-workers, excellent opportunities to work on new technologies. HR Events are too good. They have Cab/shuttle facilities and free food for all. Amadeus ranked 5th in the prestigious Times Ascent Dream Companies to work for and were certified a Great Place to Work, two years in a row!

Navigation is worst and location is in main road itself from silk board to kadubesanahalli stop on the left. You need to use service road adjacent to main road towards marthshalli. Get inside to prestige tech park but don't take left before oracle

Located in Prestige Tech Park II on the Marathalli Outer Ring road.
Techpark is quite big and houses many other IT companies. They have sufficient parking place and cafeteria options.
Lunch is free for employees. Fresh Tea/Coffee and biscuits are available in the floor pantries.

Company cheated with my bonus, they say it is part of your ctc but while you leave they won't give it you. The HR head and directors also agreed that their policies are unfair wrt to bonus but nobody says it openly, I even have the proof. Company robbed me my 14 months hard earned money.
When someone leaves, they'll atleast lose 4 - 18 months of bonus.

I have worked at this place. My first job out of college. This place has a chill environment. The company is progressing towards creating an environment that also considers what their employees want. The company has on several awards in the segment of best place to work. The company is located in three different buildings in the Tech park.

I worked here for 2 years after my college. I liked the friendly and chilled out atmosphere in the office. The company (especially the HR team) makes all kind of efforts to make you happy by organizing events, free food service, food truck , holi celebration etc. You will find some or the other events happening all year round. But when it comes to work, it will mostly depend on your team and division hierarchy. You will find many people and umpteenth reasons to dislike the work and the system here . Unlike the main development branch which is in France, people in Bangalore office typically spend just few years in this company, due to which nobody is properly trained about the product. I have seen many people being forced to switch work in between their learning/training, which eventually leads to their exit soon. The bad part is that even after knowing all these shortcomings , the company does nothing to retain the employees. Talking about the technical aspect, you will never find yourself making any huge technical improvement here. Mostly the knowledge scale is same between a manager and an employee. I feel a lot can happen in future if they revamp the management , listen to the grievances of the employees, share the power/responsibilities rather than imposing them on others.. It will surely be a great place to work in future but currently there is a long way ahead in front of Amadeus..
P.S: These are typically my views . You may find people with different experiences in the office. But as far as I know, this is the general perception. The company is indeed doing a lot of work to progress and I hope that will happen soon...

Nice place but at the time of traffic... It's a very huge unpleasant thing to come across the traffic....

Good ambience but somehow not able to understand the employee's point of view of how they treat visitors.

During the final Round of interview they boasted that they are process compliant and will inform the candidates even if they are not selected. But I never got any updates ( that was my final round b4 HR and I did spent considerable time to give interviews at each round). Why boast of something which you cannot do?

Third class organisation. It has 6-7 consultancy. Calling for interview and not selecting anyone. BC organisation. Don't go for interview in Amadeus. They are just doing timepass.

Worst service....They dont seem to respect prospects...Despite numerous attempts, they never called me back as promised...I was looking at buying an API from them...Called delhi office,they asked me to get in touch with mumbai office...Mumbai sales person was least interested in taking the call forward and he asked me to connect with Bangalore office...Bangalore office reception himself sounds dis interested in talking to customer...God save the firm...

Located in a good tech park. Yet to figure out the work culture.

I have been part of this company for almost 3yrs and the work culture here stands apart, along with the facilities they provide for their employees. .. Best part is they take the pride in keeping employees happy, which could rarely be found outside anywhere... Would definitely like to retire here ...
