Amadea Resort & Villas Review

Wonderful experience in amadea 10/10 for there services and hospitality thanks to yongki he make different animals for my daughter daily and she loves it

We were upgraded from a superior double room for free upon arrival to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and facilities were great. Location was good and the hotel was quiet

Complete facilities and employees always prevent work, room and pool problems, everything is guaranteed safe and there are no defects at all, so why think long again, come and enjoy your holiday in this place!

It wasn't the best but it was a nice stay. We had the rooftop terrace. We were right next to the Spa so we'd get occasional guests ringing our doorbell thinking our room was the Spa.

Bathroom was a little old, but it was tolerable. A few ants roaming here and there in the room. Can hear your neighbors clearly through the wall.

They were good on spraying for mosquitos, and came to our room every other night, but we still had to light our own mosquito candle. I still managed to get bit a few times.

Overall, for the price, it was nice. The employees all had positive attitudes and were attentive.

the hotel is okay just the average one who wants to be an outside tourist ... if you enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, because we want to cafe or bar just walk along the Seminyak road .. the service is okay friendly ... the swimming pool is not big and there is a lift. to go to the hotel area we can walk or ride the car which is equipped with high school hotels because the hotel area is behind because the dpanya is for the villas

A fantastic place to live. Nice facilities, incredible services and the nicest people. The food is descent they have som entertaining events.

The place is good, strategic as the center of Seminyak. Comfortable beautiful recommendations, definitely no regrets.

Rooms were big. Was given a free upgrade. Clean and good location.

The villa was so great, service and facilities were awesome hopefully, i can stay a bit longer one day

When I first arrived in Kuta for 4 days, I thought the room was too far from the entrance.
How to use the resort
1- Energy reserves should be used unconditionally for buggy.

2- Swimming pool is sunny from morning to 2 o'clock, and the water is really warm. Sirloin steak in the swimming pool, pizza is really delicious.
3- If you need a late check-out, ask the friendly staff, Agus, how much more to check out at 10 am
4-Breakfast, Mangosteen, Fashion Fruit, and take a lot of mangosteen.
5 - If you are worried about the place to eat breakfast, you can eat at a reasonable price. + 20% Tax

Food from the restaurant isn't the best and will need to improve drastically in this space or like us you will lose customers to the other restaurants on Eat street.

Beds are rock hard so much so that the wife has a sore back because of it.

Pillows are hard too...What's up with everything being hard.

Stayed in the villa and hotel rooms.

Everything was fine in the villa bar a dodgy aircon in the main room which had a bad smell coming from it.

First night in the hotel room and we have had 3 power outages already.

Staff here are super friendly here though with a special mention to the room cleaning teams who are super efficient and courteous.

Really well located in the heart of Seminyak! The hotel is still really quiet and the 2 pools were not crowded when we went there in June. Staff is caring and the spa is also a good one, with reasonable prices.

Right in the heart of Seminyak on "Eat Street" but ideally quiet & tranquil. Everything is kept clean & the gardens & pool area spotless. Staff are all super friendly & breakfast, if included, is plentiful. We booked well in advance with early bird special which meant we could upgrade to apartment. 2 rooms & bathroom +2 balconies back & front. Very spacious & comfortable. Can recommend this one.

Beautiful resort with the most lovely, professional staff. This is my second stay at Amadea. Excellent location in the heart of Seminyak. The pool and public areas are stunning. The rooms are beautiful. We upgraded to the rooftop apartment for a little bit extra. They are making an effort to be environmentally friendly - there are water bottle refill stations around the place and they only change linen upon request. Only negative is they sometimes use plastic straws at the pool bar. Keep Bali beautiful.

Excellent hotel situated in the heart of the town. Well situated within walking distance of everything including the beach. Great massage available, breakfast easily accessible and lovely pool area to relax with some lovely background music. Staff very nice and extremely attentive

There are 2 types of rooms, villa type room and hotel type. Stay in the hotel type with a kitchen. All of the rooms are arranged to surround the pool, and all rooms have a view of the pool. And the location is in the center of Seminyak, very convenient for shopping, eating and drinking and nightlife. That is the most heavy traffic. Beach is near, but it takes 15 minutes when we walk. The hotel entrance faces a lively street, but the rooms are very quiet as the hotel buildings are so deep as to move by cart. And above all the staff are friendly and keep smiling. If there is any communication, it remembers the name of the guest to kick it off, and it is not a bad feeling on such a scale that you can be called by name every time you meet. The room is clean and clean. In the morning, if you leave the bedmaking chip in place, the bed will be decorated with a towel object and a service with a thank-you message. was there. A room also has a bathtub depending on the rank. The breakfast buffet is not like the feeling of Japan, but it is delicious compared to that of the surrounding hotels. Great modern hotel in the middle of Seminyak. Very comfortable beds and really enjoyed this part of our holiday.

We took the villa for 5 nights. The 7 villas are at the beginning of the resort and we did not even bother to explore the rest of the resort because the villa was so awesome and had everything in it. If you take the villa they treat you like a royal family! We enjoyed good family time at the pool and large TV room with kitchenette.

Great location. Noisy. Good breakfasts. Hard to justify prices.

Centrally located and that's pretty much about it.
Typical neat and clean , well serviced business hotel which lacks character in a vacational hub like seminyak.
The frequent work traveller who is out on vacation will hate it. The untravelled uninitiated in the world of 4 or 5 stars will love it.

The staff is exceptional!! So nice and helpful. I got there on my birthday but didn't mention that to any of the staff. However, they noticed the date on my passport when I checked in and brought me a birthday cheesecake with my name on it. Other than that the free breakfast was pretty good and the location was decent. A 10 minute walk to the beach and right off the main road with shops and restaurants. Most of the rooms are set far enough back off the road that you don't hear traffic or anything.

Great location in Seminyak within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and massage salons. Very accommodating and courteous staff. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again.

2 nights stay here, want to extend complicated and the procedure must match this, proof of invoice from the Agent, waiting. Even though the rooms are empty, it's not good for the marketing management to treat the guests. So we just move to find another place. For room amenities Ok, standard food. Staff serving the Boogey car are friendly & helpful.

Very welcoming reception, rooms are very tidy and fancy for a 4-star hotel. Pool is nice and cozy, a definite come back!

A real oasis. Central but due to it being set back off the street, you escape the hustle and bustle and the noise of the area. Very relaxing and excellent service, staff, food and prices.

This 'resort' is a real disappointment. It is located in an urban area. Ac cess to the beach at Seminyak is either by walking through backyard alleys carrying a phone with Google maps or by cramped taxi. Movement within the resort is by golf cart which may be fine by some but not if you are disabled. There is no disabled toilet facilities whatsoever. Your 'package' will include '4 cans of soft drink and two cans of beer'- but who drinks 4 cans of soft drink a day? You will also be offered free access to 'Finns' which is located elsewhere and includes a water park. But it's of no use to anyone who can't actually get there (like a disabled person). Your package will also offer 'de luxe' rooms- but when you get here (after travelling for 14 hours) you'll find that a 'de luxe' room is actually on the second floor of the resort- just 22 steps, but 22 steps over and over again is tough for anyone who may be older. Then, there's the restaurant....take a golf cart some 250m top the main drag of Seminyak where you can enjoy the noise of passing trucks, taxis, cars, and motor bikes along with their continuous honking . Nothing like breathing traffic fumes with your meals. The staff are excellent, but a 'resort' that's not on the beach is hardly a 'resort'.

A very easy hotel to be found, even though in front of the road the traffic is very crowded, but in the hotel area it is very quiet.

Loved the staff here they are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are good size .

A great place to stay, and near to places to go in Seminyak and everything you need is in a walking distance. Service in here is great as well.

If the benchmark would be value for money, I would honestly set this very low. Overall the place was fine, but not for the money.

The room was nice but seemed a little old.

There were way too many people in the hotel at all times. If you wanted a sun spot at the pool, you would have to wake up early and leave your towel on one of the chairs which is just a stupid system.

The staff was really helpful and nice but in the corporate and meaningless way. It seem like they're smiling because it's in their job description, but not because they enjoy their work.

The breakfast was okay.

Perfect place and perfect location. Just a few walk from the resort villa and you're already in the center. No hassle if you have to buy something since the convenience stores are nears and there are a lot of good places to also visit nearby. On top of that, the staff were really accommodating. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would love to stay here again when I get back to Seminyak. :)

1. Location: Very good. Renting a motorcycle and riding it was very close to the city and it was nice.
2. Breakfast: It was delicious. There are also many types.
3. Price Range: It was around 100,000 won, but it's really nice to be able to stay in a good facility for this price haha
4. Yoga: I had a yoga class in the morning and I was embarrassed because my breathing was so fast, but it was okay.
5. Swimming pool: moderately large size? Good and bad, and nothing to do.
6. Service: 100 points out of 100! Very friendly staff! Thank you!

Hospitality and so much caring staffs is love it , and it's located in almost heart of the shops and hotels area , and they gave us a free 15 minute massage also

I have a lot of good things to say about this hotel : the staff had been great, very friendly and happy to help : the room and pool spotless, staff always cleaning the place : great selection of food for breakfast : great location etc

but the big black mark for me and the reason I won't stay again is the noise, located outside our room right beside reception they played balinese music all day, ALL DAY. it's a constant banging drum, I'd say we called reception every day to try get them to turn it off or at least lower it down, they said it stays on until 11pm. I had gone out to try turn speakers away from pointing at the room but didn't do much and we had to sleep with ear plugs in to try not be woken up by it, NIGHTMARE it's like Chinese torture drives you mad

First of all, I was impressed by searching through the trash of the lost items.
Friendly, but bedding towels are in poor condition.
Breakfast is not good, just buy it~~

Great location right next to la favella - it's a fantastic mix between quality and price point overall. Rooms were nice and clean, and looks were quite nice too. Only complaint would be the breakfast which was not tasty, with limited choices

Excellent cleanliness, and staff who are most helpful and friendly. Food was good in the restaurant. Hotel was nice and centrally situated. Towel origami very clever touch by room cleaners.

A place to stay is suitable n comfortable for families

Very clean ... the bistro under the hotel has a great kitchen ... Every day origami with towels .. you really feel like a prince
