Great place to stay with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. Great location too!

Very neat, clean and very friendly and helpful staff . Very polite.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, great facilities and outstanding service. The staff always smiling, friendly and polite. Buggy drivers will falling over themselves to give you a lift down the lane way. For breakfast its kind of standard breakfast which was included in the booking price.

In the end I would recommend this hotel to other people.

Arrived at 3 PM in the afternoon, greeted by the Concierge. The lobby located about 200 meters or 3-5 minutes walk. But do not worry, there's a 24 hours buggy ride. The walking path is very nice and great concept. No wonder, it's one of the recommended spot to take a picture there.

The check in process was flawless. We are given a 15 minutes free massage in Ambiente Spa. But unfortunately, due to our packed schedule, we haven't had any chance to enjoy it.

The room itself, mine is Deluxe Room with Pool Access, it's beyond my expectation. Located just right into the more-secluded-swimming pool. It's a spacey, neat, clean, well equipped, well maintained, and excellent room, from the bathroom and also bedroom.

The staffs are excellent! From security guy in the front entrance, to the House Keeping staffs. In any occasions, the greeted us with sincere smile and greetings.

Nice hotel with spacious room and bathroom with separate shower, very wide choice at breakfast. Lovely swimming pool which is not that hot. Located right in the center and about 20 minutes walk from the beach

It's useless good service,
The room is hot, the shower is set to cold but warm water can come out in the middle, the parking lot is narrow, and the hotel rules are too strange compared to other hotels, so don't stay here if you don't want to be disappointed like me ....
Fortunately, the price is not worth it because the hotel is too bad for a 4 star

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are nice restaurants around. The price was as good as the performance.

Good location, only a 15 minute walk from potato Head with plenty of markets around.

Staff are very friendly and the in-house restaurant has some awesome foods on for breakfast.
The mango juice here was also one of the most addictive things I've had in Bali.
Dinner was a little less satisfying but there's plenty of other dining within walking distance.

I would recommend staying here for sure.

Location was absolutely perfect! Central yet provides a respite from the main street as well. Staff are all polite and friendly and the amenities were great! Massage was reasonably-priced too! Loved this place :)

Amazing resort. Excellent facilities, nice spa and the pool is very beautiful and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfy. Staff especially is very friendly and helpful, they will make you feel right at home.

Great place for the price. Cleaners very tentative! Always restocked our room, left cute towel animals on our bed and so helpful. Cocktails were yummy and strong! We could drink them in the pool. The only thing Id comment on is the room food service. Sometimes the food can be soggy by the time it leaves the restaurant and gets to the room. But there is plenty of restaurants near by anyway.

Flew in for three days looking to book villas for my 60th next year. So impressed with all the staff so helpful. We booked superior room as we were not going to be in the room alot and found that it was quite ample for what we needed it for. Clean and tidy with enough space. Shower was large and pressure good. Yayat the Guest Service Manager was brilliant and spoke very good English (as most of the staff do) so impressed with the whole set up and the excellent location that I have booked it for my 60th next year. Very excited and thanks to all the staff you really deserve a pat on the back. Location is so good walk straight out into the street and you have everything there. I have been to Bali many times and never knew that this Resort was there. No noise either. There will be noise when we arrive though ha ha looking forward to it Yayat and making it a very memorable stay next year.

One of the best experiences we have had. The hotel is well located and well staffed. We were accommodated withdrawn a request to change rooms related to shower access with speed and good will. Highly recommended!

The place is not too luxurious but very comfortable

Perfect place to stay in Seminyak. All staff are very helpful, friendly and always smiling. Resort has nice clean rooms and pools. Great wifi internet. Restaurant Batu Kali has great food options and buffet breakfast with excellent service. This resort is right in the middle of all the facilities at your doorstep. From money exchange to all shops and food options within walking distance. It's amazing that you enter this resort from busy street right into peaceful tropical paradise. It's perfect location for families with kids as you have all convenience at your doorstep. If you are after nightlife, this is also the place to stay with great places nearby for drinks and dinner. All staff at resort are always smiling, happy and very very helpful and always happy to give you buggy ride to your rooms. Resort also has great massage and spa facilities. We stayed here for about a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place and kids loved these origami work of towels every time we returned to our room. 10 Stars to all staff and the resort. Special thanks for complimentary gift as we celebrated first birthday of our little one as well as special thanks to staff at Batu Kali for complimentary dessert.

The staff are very polite and concerned as the center is very close and all is in Bali. The cleanliness was also fine. The price is also reasonable, what more do you get.

Good for the price and if you want the hustle and bustle of the strip, you're on it.

Although the location is rather narrow, the hospitality may be upheld

We had split our trip over 2 hotels, and actually left the Fontana (terrible!!) after 2 hours to go back to Amadea! Service was great, pools are lovely. Little surprises on our beds daily. Breakfast was lovely and varied every day. Staff were happy to make our bookings for us and assist in suggestions. Villa's were stunning so will stay in a Villa with friends on next trip. Perfect spot right in Seminyak, set back from the noise. Loads of Restaurants and options nearby. Beautiful!

Good service from the staffs and a beautiful Balinese styled rooftop villa at the third level. Do note that there are no lifts. And the surroundings is a tourist hotspot so do not expect to have cheap food around. Overall experience was the best for our family trip.

The Staffs from the Security Guard, Concierge, Receptionist to Room Cleaner all are very friendly and nice. I think this is the reason why this resort deserves such a high rating. The room is also clean. The cleaning staffs will leave a warm greeting note for you everyday, together with different cute animal folded by using towel.

I cannot fault the place, everyone from gardeners, security, clerks, wait staff, they are happy to great you talk to you and make your stay plentyful. We stayed for 11nights and look forward to staying again next time. The rooms are so clean, pool is cool for the hot days, laundry service are great... breakfast has a wide selection and they will even make you a special breakfast on request (i ordered bubur ayam) was soooo good. Everyone is quick to help you!

A great resort with terribly lovely people. I have never met such a loving staff. The hotel rooms are fine, tidy and always a surprise when you return. The villa is totally amazing. Lots of space, nice rooms and 2 great looking bathrooms. The pool and the villa are well maintained. Number, 10 !!

Stayed here Easter 2018 and have no negatives to say about this hotel. Everyone who works here will literally go above and beyond to help you! The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We did an overnight stay in a different 5* hotel in Ubud and we could not wait to get back to Amadea in Seminyak where you are welcomed with open arms and attended to for all your needs. I will 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali as you will certainly not regret it! Big big thank you to Puri and Next who were absolutely amazing!!!

I recommend this hotel. I had a late night check in and they had people make things very easy. they also have the golf cart take you from the front to the back since theres a bit walking distance. breakfast is Buffett and it's good. it takes about 15 minutes walking to the beach, not 5 minutes. and I highly recommend get massage at Kimberly Massage spa which about two minutes walking from the hotel. the pool is nice but we prefer the beach

Very expensive for what it is, intrusive staff, mould everywhere in bathroom, loose faucet fittings and dripping noises coming from inside the walls. I have had worse but there is plenty of room for improvement. I ordered a bowl of wedges with gravy and got 7 sad chips and brown water for gravy.....

The most comfortable place with the most OK facilities

lacks last star as wifi was not that great (common thru out bali). having said that if you get a chance to stay at the villa with private pool its the best thing you can do for your family. share pool at the hotel is not that great. too many ppl.

Steak sandwich was awesome. The staff was excellent and helped us find our driver who kept missing us somehow.

Great hotel. Very nice staff. The pool is great to sit and relax or to swim in. Breakfast is good, although I would advise the buffet over the a la carte. All in all a very good hotel.

Came here for my honeymoon. Absolutely amazing hotel and service. Staff were super friendly and attended to all our needs and requests. Recommend this resort very much. They even upgraded us to the rooftop suite which was beautiful!
