The MThree alumni programme is a great first step for people looking to get a foothold in the technological and support sides of banking. Early on they offer a lot of support, with a range of training courses offered. However there is not the same level of integration between the Mthree staff and us Alumni as I would hope., and it does feel more like I'm an employee of the company I contract for than of MThree. The scheme pays well though you will likely be in a high pressure environment. Lastly you will not get much of a say in what role you will do, after an interview MThree decides where they think you would fit best and place you there. This isn't such a big deal as most grads, like me, will not know exactly what each role entails beforehand anyway.
