We moved into our Alturas home last summer and could not be happier! Our previous home was custom built and our experiences with that home to Alturas were night and day. Alturas not only builds beautiful homes, but takes care of its customers as if we were part of their family. From day one we have been nothing but impressed and grateful for the Alturas team. They stand behind their homes and warranty items were fixed with ease and in a timely manner. We recently had a leaking faucet and naturally this happened when my husband was out of town-John from Alturas was quick on the spot and took care of it, leaving me one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend Alturas to anyone that is wanting a quality built home, but more importantly a builder that cares about what they do and strive to do the right thing. Thank you Alturas! Being a contractor myself and a former building inspector, I thought I d have trouble finding a home that met my standards, but when I walked into my Alturas home, my wife and I were very surprised and happy with what we found. But even better, sure there was minor items that needed touch up and some minor repairs but Alturas took care of everything in a timely manner. Every item that I brought anything to their attention was taken care of, they never questioned or refused to take care of it. It s very nice knowing that Alturas cares about their customers even after the home it bought. I highly recommend Alturas to build your home.

Couldn t be happier having an Alturas Home. Great builder who standby their work. Only had a couple minor issues and they were out right away taking care of it. The home is very efficient. My heating and cooling bills have never been cheaper. You can see the quality of the construction everywhere you look. I would recommend Alturas to anyone looking for a new home.

My husband and I were naturally drawn to Alturas beautiful interiors, layouts, and overall quality. In fact, we ve been so happy with Alturas that we ve bought two Alturas homes. With new construction, there s obviously going to be minor issues. But Alturas has been very responsive and professional in fixing all issues under our warranty. Alturas is a quality home builder that we re has a fantastic experience with. We purchased their 2019 Cartwright Ranch parade home & it was one of best decisions. Tim was our point of contact for Alturas & was great to work with. In Cartwright Ranch their were 5 builders & the neighborhood mostly agreed that Alturas was the top pick, followed by Brighton.
Lauren who designed our house knocked it out of the park & is super nice. Check them out if you want a home built.

We purchased one of Alturas model home. We love the Layout and are satisfied with the construction quality. John came out for some warranty issues and took care of the issues we noted.
