Me and my boyfriend our 8 month and 7 yr old live in their complex EMERALD RIDGE. we reported fleas to the main office they refuse to break their contract . so they expect us to live with fleas until their special exterminator responds to their email. There s only one maintenance man whose willing to help without a work order and he did tell us that others have report fleas before us. So I don t understand why management is taking this so lightly.When I first spoke with Altman today they didnt reassure me at all that they would press the issue to Emerald Ridge s management.we can t even contact Altman via phone because their phone lines are jus dead ends unless u know an extension.it has been negative experience from the start we have went through attempted thefts and car break ins and more that we have reported to the main office and gotten no help in return.

The worst company ever. They literally don t care about their tenants. Why does my apartment building have bees inside and we re basically just told to live with them. The leasing manager, Angie, in Inverness apartments is so rude and acts like we are bothering her when asking to have this resolved. This is ridiculous that I have to run from bees inside of my own apartment building because they won t do anything to actually get rid of them. No wonder you guys have a 1.5 star rating.

I have been living at the Madison building since January of 2020 and just wanted to share my positive experience. The building is clean, well maintained and secure. The maintenance staff is responsive and professional and the apartments are comfortable. The managerial staff are great. Recently I ran into an issue involving a very expensive package that was not delivered and Lena, the office manager, went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for comfortable and affordable housing in Walnut Hill.

Absolutely ridiculous management company at almost every level I ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Multiple attempts to reach the corporate office have gone ignored, so I can only guess (based on their intentional silence) that they share the same awful attitudes of the on-site/regional managers they neglectfully employ. Stay far away from any property managed by this TERRIBLE and almost comically UNPROFESSIONAL property management company.

Have called and emailed multiple times since July and have gotten zero response from anyone. I even reached out on Facebook, I was THAT desperate.I did however get a bill in the mail charging me for something I have been trying to resolve. Looking over the reviews, I m not surprised anymore. Terrible customer service seems to run in their properties too. Would avoid any property managed by this company.

It appears the new management is doing a much better job and seem to be more on top of things

I should mention the maintenance crew is top notch. Never had a problem with them. The head maintenance guy always has a treat for my dog and is very friendly and respectful when entering my apartment to do work!

Myself as well as my wife have made numerous attempts to utilize the online services to pay the rent and inquired on what the billing changes would be once acquired by Altmanco. On doing so we ve simply been paying the payment told by us. Now three months later we ve received notice of what was owed and did so in a lump some. Did I mention that the notice was dropped off by paper on a Friday afternoon just ahead of office closing hours??? Incredibly unprofessional. We have continued to make attempts to find out what changes have occurred after the notice and have heard not a single word from management regardless of our attempts. As an FYI we have been 6 year tenants to this point (with Coventry Place not Altmanco). Once again we don t mind the changes, but can we know about them ahead of a paper being ding, dong ditched!

I have lived at Cedar Glen practically all my life. Altman is generally okay with most things when it comes to the property and is usually responsive to communication. However our complex has a big trash issue. Most of the time our dumpsters are in an overflowing state, trash is left outside of them to get damaged, big heavy bulky items take forever to get picked up (have seen bulky items left outside the trash receptacles for a month or so at a time without being collected) residents from the neighboring communities place their trash in our bins, people unaffiliated with our community come and dig through our trash receptacles. Cedar Glen currently has 6 dumpsters and 6 recycling bins for the entire property in which the recycling gets emptied once weekly and the trash three times a week. We could really use changes in the sizing of those trash and recycling receptacles as they overflow on a regular basis and the property could use a once a week bulk pickup as our community generates a lot of bulk from tenant waste and property waste. Also provide security for said receptacles. Also some of the security cameras within the complex are broken, and some mail receptacles I have noticed some of the slots are not secure and need of repair.

I wish I would have known that maintenance was so lazy. I m not blaming them I m blaming Altman for hiring these people. Every time it rains it leaks from the ceiling over my daughters bed. I reported this issue last month and still nothing. I reported my tub cracking where it looked like they painted inside the tub... still not fixed. But yet my rent is paid ahead of time. I called the leasing office and sent pictures. I received a email from the leasing manager who told me these things will be fixed but she was going on vacation and someone else in the office will get these issues taken care of. That was five days ago. Today I call Altman and left a message explaining my frustrations. I can t wait until my lease is up. I will definitely be moving. I don t recommend the landings at pine lake in Lindenwold NJ as a place for anyone to move in to. $1280 for rent. It s not worth it.
