A good credit union to bank with. Hardworking staff and a clean and simple format.

Can never get a hold of them by phone. I've called for entire mornings with no pickups, staff has gone downhill. Lots more to complain about.

I have been with them since 1979, back when they were CS Co-op, will stay with them for life.

Lousy customer service....hold CASH DEPOSITS for 10 days. They have No Visa or MasterCard Debit. Useless.

I'm used to good service with Alterna, but this made me consider banking with a big 6 bank. Its not as good as the Billings or South Keys location or Toronto.

Outstanding service by this branch! I was so stressed from an issue that seemed impossible to solve. The banker could have easily gone by their policy and just say "No, we can't do anything about it", but he took that extra step, made an effort and actually listened to my need. He found ways to solve the problem in a very short time, leaving me happy and satisfied. I would strongly recommend Alterna with their friendly staff.
