Horrible service....They can't handle large crowd. I ordered for a pizza and keema Pao and prawn...the steward was too rude and did not serve even after half an hour...we had to follow up with him frequently so at last we cancelled the order of pizza ...even then he did not apologise and straight away handed over the bill to us without a word...such rubbish behaviour and food was below average...Excuse which he gave was that there is too much crowd...then why don't u accommodate more staff ?

I think it's the biggest terrace lounge in Kolkata and at 20th floor it's best experience price is not much given the ambience you get you get a pint of beer for Rs. 2 350 but staffs are not trained well enough to justify the place we were having Kingfisher ultra beer after 3 pints of beer they were out of stock which they didn't inform before we placed the order. We ordered veg platter which we didn't liked much and the quantity of platter is just for 2 person max they won't even give you extra onion if required you need to order 1 green salad if you need onion then we ordered a Tandoori paneer Pizza thin crust which was delicious we loved it will explore more food next time when I will be there and will update you.

Cover charge to get into a restaurant that has a DJ that's oversold as a nightclub is interesting. While the service is nice and the food insipid, the drinks take the crown. Drinks are watered down to say the least.

Visited Altair few days back for lunch! It s a lovely place to be in the ambience is super amazing with a breathtaking view from their infinity pool. I had opted for their lunch buffet and the spread was very good. The food is tasty and one would like to have a sumptuous meal there with the amazing view. I really enjoyed myself and I believe if you visit it in the evening the view will be even more better from the 20th floor.
A must visit place to enjoy a good time with your loved ones!

Nice place, good ambience and decor, staffs are cordial and helpful... we went there on Christmas week....but buffet on weekdays not so good... Very few options, mostly Indian dishes.... They take full charges for kids but no such kids menu available...

The ambience is top notch , with breathtaking views . Seating is comfortable with good light music , not too loud as to distract conversations . Service is very prompt , the pepperoni Pizza was very good . One gripe I had was the alcohol content in the cocktails was less .. there is live band which plays . There is indoor as well as outdoor seatings . Lighting is perfect . A bit on the pricey side . Good for romantic dates ..

One of the finest roof top restaurants cum bar in sec v kolkata.
Basically the name of the actual restaurant is something else. I will update the name soon.
However food is good even I would say better than ozora.
I have experienced both but this is more elegant than other rooftop.
Wide range of cocktails, drink.
Staffs r very friendly. This is the best place for Weekend refreshment.

The quality of food and service was great. The atmosphere at the hotel was positive and nice.

Good place to dine. It has a good view and you can have a glimpse of entire Saltlake and sector v. There is a rooftop restaurant Capella. The rooftop restaurant has a cover charge of rupees 3k. There is other conference halls as well. The quality of food is good as well.

One of the best boutique hotels in the city ... a property of the Ambuja Neotia group ... the top two floors of the building are used as the hotel ... the entrance of the building is little confusing... the roof top pool is really a nice attraction... the decor is exceptional... there is one suite and in total there are around 23 rooms in the property

Too busy a place to go on weekends. Long waiting time. But the place doesn't disappoint. The ambience is the spl highlight. Right from the entrance to the elevators all exude class...

We got multiple bills for Drinks and food..in bill1- they charged for one drink, bill 2 - they charged the repeat drinks and food. Both the bill contained service charges.

There are many option available at similar rates, where you will get ambience, good food & delightful services.

Attended a professional event. The service is great! It has Connference Halls which is provided to companies for conducting seminars. It has a restaurant named Capella which has quite good interiors.

Open air rooftop lounge on the 20th floor! Wonderful breezy experience. Haven't tried the food there yet. But very nice and warm service even after the place had emptied and our group hung on till late into the night. Great ambience!

We have gone to a dinner arranged by my brother in law. The cuisine was italian. The food was made specially by the chef, who came to attend personally.

The hotel is great for having hookah and drinks . Would not recommend having food over there because it is too costly and not upto the mark , the view is great .

Great views and decor, if a little on the expensive side. The food and service were fine, but restaurants in Calcutta really have to learn the art of limiting the volume of the music (live or otherwise) to acceptable levels. More volume does not mean better!

Amazing view from the roof top. If you have booked it for a reception even at night do ask them for proper lighting on the stage. They only had blue ambient lighting which made it difficult for photographs.
The lift goes from 0-19. Then you have to change lift in order to reach 21st floor. Parking space is good.
