They take FOREVER to pay you and I am not convinced they will pay me. I did a shop in May and I am STILL waiting for reimbursement and it's almost September. The editors also take forever to edit the reports. I have been asked questions 2 weeks AFTER I did a shop.

Terrible payers. This company unfairly floats the shoppers payments as long as they can get away with it. They don't pay with Paypal as do all the other MSC's. They are bottom feeders in this industry.
I've been with alto 360 for almost a year now. It's is tough the first couple of months because of the monthly payment schedule. However, this is stated upfront before any agreement is ever signed. You must sign saying you have read and understood the shoppers agreement. Once the monthly payments start to come in, it's perfect because usually this takes care of all the monthly household bills. The other companies you sign with can be used throughout the month for every day expenses. If you're not signed with more than one, you should be. I kept track of every shop I did for this company for 6 months and never once did I have to question them about my pay. Spot on every time. They offer direct deposit cause it's safer, faster and more secure and they don't penny and dime you to death like paypal. I wish I didn't have to have paypal but I do. And if you haven't got paid for a 6 month old shop then you messed it up, happens to all of us or you were paid and forgot about it. Yes, if you don't follow instructions or omit something then you don't get paid. That's in the contract too. Big shout out alto360research!!!
